You’ll be the first dedicated external voice of our brand in the engineer world — the person who makes Solidgate visible, credible, and worth following for the engineers and techbuilders who matter a lot to us. That means turning the deep technical knowledge inside our team into content the outside world actually wants to follow, and showing up in the communities, channels, and conversations where great engineers spend their time.

 

What you’ll be driving

• Building the engineering community from the ground up

Own the spaces where Solidgate’s engineer community lives — social channels, DOU, GitHub discussions, and other tech forums.

• Produce content engineers actually want to read

Work side by side with our top engineers to turn deep technical knowledge into content worth sharing — architecture deep dives, honest write-ups on the decisions we’ve made and why.

• Launch and own Solidgate’s technical content channels
  Build and run our technical blog and newsletter from scratch — a regular destination for engineers who want honest, in-depth content about payments infrastructure, engineering culture, and the technical decisions shaping our product.
• Write and ghostwrite with our engineers
  Help our best technical voices show up publicly — even when they don’t have the time or confidence to do it alone.
• Being the public face of Solidgate in the engineer world
  Show up where engineers are — conferences, local meetups, hackathons, and fintech events. Not to broadcast, but to participate, have real conversations, and build the kind of reputation that makes engineers choose Solidgate before they’ve even read the docs.
• Prepare engineers for what’s ahead
  Create technical interview preparation materials — guides, resources, and insights — that help candidates understand what to expect at Solidgate’s technical stages. Constantly update and enhance our tech radar, so the engineering community understands the tools, languages, and practices we believe in.
• Run and sponsor events that attract great engineers
  Organize hackathons, tech talks, and local meetups that bring the right people into Solidgate’s orbit.
• Put our engineers on stage
  Identify, prepare, and support internal speakers for conferences, meetups, and community events. Brief them, help shape their talks, and make sure Solidgate’s engineering team is a visible and respected voice in the spaces that matter.
• Track what’s working
  Own the metrics that matter — reach among technical audiences, content engagement, community growth, and inbound candidate quality from engineer channels.
   

You’ll thrive here if

• You have 2+ years in community management, education project management, communications, or PR
• You’ve built and grown external communities before, or have a solid network and passion to start building ones
• You have strong writing skills — and you can turn a complex technical topic into something an engineer actually wants to read
• You can smell a good technical story — brief engineers confidently, ask the right questions, and know exactly how to shape what comes out of that conversation into content worth publishing
• You’re comfortable being the public face of the tech employer brand — in tech channels, at events, in online forums
• You can hold a real conversation with an engineer: you don’t need to write code, but you understand what tech enthusiasts care about, what frustrates them, and what earns their respect
• You work naturally across teams — engineering, talent acquisition, and talent marketing — and know how to get the best out of every collaboration without losing direction
• You’re fluent in Ukrainian and English — and can shift from warm and conversational to sharp and technical in a sentence

About the role
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to monitor and support production systems across a multi-account AWS environment, serving as the front line of a tiered support model for a fintech platform. You will triage incidents, execute runbooks, manage SLA performance, and coordinate with engineering, help desk, and security partners. The role includes on-call rotation and structured post-incident review with a focus on continuous operational improvement.

What you will do
● Monitor production systems and respond to alerts across infrastructure, application, and data layers;
● Perform first-level triage on incidents and support requests; escalate to developers with thorough context and diagnostics;
● Execute patching, operational tasks, and documented runbooks;
● Participate in on-call rotation and support scheduled deployments as needed;
● Conduct post-incident reviews and feed lessons back into runbooks and playbooks;
● Identify recurring issues and systemic risks before they escalate;
● Improve documentation and monitoring coverage between active support activities;
● Contribute to operational reporting and SLA dashboards;
● Manage and track SLA performance across all supported services; surface risks proactively;
● Coordinate with Help Desk / Deskside Support partner for production tasks affecting employees;
● Escalate security incidents and vulnerabilities to the vCISO partner per documented procedures.

Must haves
● 3+ years in production support, SRE, NOC, or operations engineering;
● Hands-on AWS experience with EC2/ECS, networking (VPC, security groups, ACLs), and IAM;
● Operational proficiency with PostgreSQL and / or Amazon RDS;
● Incident triage across infrastructure and application layers;
● Track record managing SLAs in a ticketed support environment such as Jira;
● Strong written communication for escalation and post-incident reporting;
● Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves
● Experience with structured incident response such as ITIL or NIST;
● Familiarity with Datadog, CloudWatch, or comparable observability platforms;
● Exposure to AWS data services including Glue, S3, Athena, and EventBridge;
● Basic IaC familiarity with CloudFormation, SAM, or Terraform;
● Background in financial services or regulated environments;
● AWS certification such as SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect;
● Experience with scripting/automation to reduce manual toil.

As our Product Design Lead, you will be the driving force behind the mobile experience for our diverse portfolio of iGaming products. Reporting directly to the Director of UX, you won’t just be managing pixels, you'll be architecting the future of how millions of users interact with our apps.

You will lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of UX and UI Designers, ensuring that our native iOS/Android apps and mobile web platforms are not only visually stunning but also technically robust and compliant.

Requirements:

• Leadership & Team Growth: Proven experience as a UX Lead, Product Design Lead, or Design Manager. You have a track record of building, mentoring, and upskilling high-performing teams, transforming individual contributors into a cohesive powerhouse.
• Mobile-First Expertise: Extensive experience leading design for native mobile (iOS/Android) and mobile web. You understand the nuances of HIG and Material Design, and you know how to bridge the gap between web and app ecosystems.
• iGaming/High-Stakes Experience: A deep understanding of the iGaming, GameDev sectors. You know how to design for engagement and "joy" while navigating strict regulatory requirements and complex user flows.
• Process Engineering: Demonstrated ability to set up, optimize, and govern end-to-end design processes. You are an expert at identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing scalable frameworks that align with Agile/Scrum environments.

• Lead & Educate: Act as the primary mentor for our UX and UI designers. You will assess skill gaps, create personalized growth plans, and foster a culture of "design excellence" where continuous learning is the norm.
