Senior UI/UX Product Designer for iGaming (Mobile, Web Gaming)

The company is building one of the fastest-growing sweepstakes casino platforms on mobile and web - with live products already available on both the App Store and Google Play.
 

Their focus is simple: create highly engaging gaming experiences that players love coming back to. Through strong Live Ops, smart retention systems, and visually polished gameplay experiences, they are scaling quickly in one of the most exciting spaces in gaming.
 

Now they’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer who can help shape the future of the product experience across mobile and web.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, visually polished experiences across mobile and web gaming products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
• Own the design process for new features, tournaments, promotions, and Live Ops campaigns
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, analysts, and marketing teams
• Improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization through thoughtful UX decisions
• Evolve and maintain scalable design systems and UI consistency
• Turn product ideas and business goals into smooth, engaging player experiences
• Analyze player behavior and continuously optimize flows based on feedback and data
• Design experiences aligned with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines
   

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile apps and web products
• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and product thinking
• Experience designing gaming, social casino, fintech, or other high-engagement consumer products
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
   

Big Plus If You Have

• Experience with Live Ops systems, promotions, or event-driven experiences
• Understanding of retention, engagement, and monetization mechanics
• Experience in social casino or sweepstakes gaming
• Motion design or animation skills
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and managing design handoff
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play UX standards
