Sales Lead / VIP / IGaming
We are looking for an experienced Sales Drive Lead to lead and scale our VIP sales operations, strengthen team performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth across key markets.
This role involves full ownership of sales performance, team management, and execution of sales strategies, with a strong focus on building a high-performing and motivated sales environment.
Experience in high-performance sales environments and strong team management skills will be considered a strong advantage.

About the Role
As a Sales Drive Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing the VIP sales team, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.
A key focus of this role is building a strong sales culture, improving team productivity, and scaling sales processes while maintaining high standards of performance and motivation.
π― Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the VIP sales team
- Drive VIP sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
- Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
- Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to achieve strong results
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to hire and onboard new sales talent
- Identify areas for process optimization and operational improvement
- Work closely with marketing and retention teams to improve overall business performance
- Establish reporting processes and maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making
β Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales / business development / performance-driven environments
- Proven experience managing and scaling VIP or high-performance sales teams
- Experience in a leadership role (Head / Lead / Director)
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, conversion funnels, and performance management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and target-oriented environments
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- English at least at Intermediate level will be an advantage, but is not mandatory
- Fluent Ukrainian and Russian communication skills
- Experience in Forex, Crypto, Fintech, iGaming, or other performance-driven industries will be a strong advantage
