Who we're looking for

Someone who will become a true Product Owner — not a formal manager, but a person who lives and breathes the product. Someone who understands its inner logic, feels the users' pain points, and does whatever it takes to make the system work flawlessly.

We run several parallel directions: payment widgets, an audit platform, analytics tools, and new AI-Native products. You'll need to dive deep into each of them — simultaneously.

A technical background is not required — we have a strong R&D team. But what's critical is the ability to understand how a product works, ask the right questions, and propose solutions. The product's success is in your hands.

What you'll be doing

• Own and scale: take products post-launch and be responsible for their growth and stability. We build the ideas together — after that, it's your product.
• Go deep: understand the logic of each product, its users, and its bottlenecks.
• Run the backlog: manage tasks, track progress, work with Jira / Linear.
• Own quality: monitor product stability and performance. Need QA? We'll hire one. Need resources? You'll have them.
• Drive analytics: collect feedback and turn data into decisions.
• Coordinate: sync teams and stakeholders, bring structure to processes.
