About the role

Media buying, meaning the purchase of advertising traffic at scale, depends on accounts. Every campaign a buyer launches runs on an advertising account that someone registered, warmed up, and kept alive. That work is called account farming, and it is what this role is about. It is the most common entry point into media buying for people with no experience in the vertical, and often with no professional experience at all.

You do not need cases or a portfolio. You do need discipline, precision, and respect for playbooks, because every line in a farming playbook is there for a reason someone once paid for. ROIcamp has worked in the dating vertical since 2011, and farming is a separate department with its own quality metrics rather than a support function. You report to the Meta team lead.

One thing is worth saying plainly: farming is routine work. Days resemble one another, and the result is measured in how long accounts stay alive rather than in anything visible.

What you'll do

• Register and set up advertising accounts and business managers exactly as the playbook describes, including profile data, content, and behavior.
• Warm up accounts on an activity schedule that imitates how a real person uses the platform.
• Work in an anti-detect browser, which is software that keeps each account's digital fingerprint separate from the others, and with proxies. We teach both from scratch.
• Keep records for every account: current status, age, action history, and batch number.
• Hand finished accounts over to buyers and collect feedback on how long they lasted and what caused the ban.
• Propose playbook changes when you notice a repeating pattern in the bans.

Requirements

• No prior experience in the vertical is required. We train from scratch using playbooks, and the base salary is paid throughout the training period.
• Attention to detail, since one skipped step can take down an entire batch of accounts.
• Consistency: the same quality of work on Monday and on Friday.
• Basic computer literacy and a stable internet connection.

Nice to have

• Any experience with anti-detect browsers or proxies.
• An everyday understanding of how Meta advertising works.
• A background in methodical work such as QA, content moderation, or records management.

About the role

The buying team has sent dating traffic mostly to in-house products since 2011, but no internal offer covers every GEO equally well. That is why we maintain an external portfolio of 15–30 active offers from direct advertisers and networks. Every one of them has to be found, negotiated and kept in check by somebody, and in this role that somebody is you.

This is a procurement position rather than a sales one: there is nothing to sell here, and the work is negotiating the best possible terms for our traffic and catching every percent of discrepancy in the statistics. You report to the Head of Media Buying.

What you'll do

• Scout dating offers and networks for our GEOs and sources, prioritizing direct advertisers over intermediaries.
• Negotiate commercial terms: rates, volume bumps, private deals, exclusives and test caps.
• Launch integrations together with the tech team, including postbacks and the passing of click → registration → subscription → rebill funnel events (rebill is the recurring charge on a renewed subscription).
• Reconcile statistics every week, comparing our tracker against the partner's dashboard to catch shaving and payout delays early.
• Balance caps and traffic distribution across offers together with the buyers and the analytics team.
• Maintain a market map showing who pays what in each GEO and where CPL/PPS/RevShare rates are heading.
• Grow your professional network at industry conferences, with attendance funded by the company.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years as an affiliate manager or media buyer in dating or an adjacent vertical.
• A working command of the CPL/PPS/RevShare models and the ability to model an offer's unit economics before connecting it.
• Strong negotiation skills, so that securing a rate bump is part of your routine rather than an exception.
• Written English at B2 or above, sufficient for daily correspondence with networks and advertisers.
• Rigor with numbers: you catch a 3% discrepancy yourself, well before accounting finds it at month-end.

Nice to have

• Existing contacts at dating networks and direct advertisers.
• Hands-on tracker experience with Keitaro or Binom at the postback and macro level.
• An understanding of SOI/DOI registrations and how traffic quality varies by source.

Running campaigns profitably and making other people profitable are two different jobs, and this role is the second one. You will assemble ROIcamp's first Meta team of 3–5 buyers and turn a group of individuals into a system whose results do not depend on one star performer.

Dating is not an experiment for us: the company has worked in the vertical since 2011, and roughly 70% of dating traffic comes from Meta. Farming (the team that registers and warms up ad accounts), creative and analytics are separate departments that work for your team. You report to the Head of Media Buying and review the numbers together monthly.

What you'll do

• Hire the team with the Head of Media Buying: you run the final technical interviews and hold veto power over every buyer.
• Own the team's campaign portfolio: test priorities, stop-or-scale decisions, consumables control inside the bonus formula.
• Keep a steady rhythm: daily 15-minute syncs, weekly numbers reviews with each buyer, and a monthly cut for the Head.
• Keep the hypothesis, brief and creative loop within 24–48 hours, and escalate blockers when it slips.
• Work with farming under an SLA covering account requests, priorities between buyers and reserves for ban waves.
• Guard traffic quality with the analyst across the click → registration → activation → subscription → rebill funnel (rebill is the recurring charge on a renewed subscription), measured per buyer, not per team.
• Develop people: our farmer-to-buyer track is live, and you will train part of your team yourself.
• Run your own campaigns if you choose to; personal profit is bonused separately from team profit.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Meta buying, including 1+ year in a team lead role.
• Personal profit at $50k+/month in spend, supported by cases we can review in detail.
• Dating experience: SOI/DOI/PPS funnels, converting registrations into paying users, rebill economics.
• Full command of the Meta toolkit: agency accounts, self-regs (self-registered ad accounts), Business Managers, anti-detect browsers, trackers and prelanders (intermediate pages shown before the offer).
• Teaching ability: you can debrief a campaign so the buyer runs the next one better without you.
• Honesty with numbers: your team sees the same data their bonus is calculated from.

Nice to have

• Experience building a team from zero, or from one or two people.

This is not a caretaker position. You are building an SEO direction from zero. ROIcamp has monetized dating traffic since 2011, and our media buying (buying paid traffic at scale from ad platforms) runs like clockwork, yet SEO has never been systematic here. You change that: you decide which sites and GEOs (the countries and regions we target) to launch, hire the team, defend the budgets, and own the outcome.

What sets this apart from a typical SEO lead role is KPI depth. We measure the direction in paying users rather than positions or sessions, because our BI shows the whole funnel from a SERP click through to the rebill, the recurring charge a subscriber pays after the first payment. You report to the Head of Media Buying.

That cuts both ways. You will never justify SEO in abstractions: showing how many subscriptions the portfolio delivered last quarter is enough. Equally, a session-growth chart will not carry an argument, because the buyers next to you have their traffic counted to the cent. You start with 1–2 specialists; copywriters, localizers, and technical support are already in place.

What you'll do

• Shape the portfolio strategy from scratch: how many sites, in which GEOs, around which clusters, and in what order.
• Hire and develop SEO specialists. We pick the first 1–2 together, after which the team is yours.
• Install the processes: sprints, audits, reporting, quality standards for content and links.
• Defend a quarterly budget with numbers and manage it across content, link building, domains, and tooling.
• Hold KPIs all the way to paying users, tracking organic traffic through registrations to subscriptions per site in BI.
• Balance risk across the portfolio: which sites we build white-hat for the long haul, where we test aggressive tactics, and what we lose if a bet fails.
• Partner with the tech lead on speed, indexation, and infrastructure, and with the creative team on content and localization.
• Present results and the next quarter's plan to the Head: what worked, what gets cut, what gets scaled.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO in competitive niches, including 1+ year as a lead with real hiring and a real budget.
• Organic growth cases documented down to conversions and revenue, not tool screenshots.
• A track record of building processes: you have turned SEO chaos into a working system before.
• Experience managing contractors and budgets for links, content, and domains.
• English B1+.

Nice to have

• Dating, gambling, or another vertical where the SERP is contested with real money.

• Monitor campaign statuses and moderation, so that a rejected creative, meaning an advertising image or video together with its copy, is caught while the buyer is busy elsewhere.
• Prepare daily account reports covering spend, conversions along the click, registration, subscription, and rebill funnel, and any anomalies. A rebill is the repeat automatic payment from a user who subscribed earlier.
• Run creative rotation: upload new assets, replace the ones that have stopped performing, and send requests to the creative team.
• Keep the infrastructure in order by receiving accounts from the farming team and watching payment methods and access.
• Review each week with your buyer and work through why one campaign is profitable and another is not.

Requirements

• A basic grasp of Meta Ads, whether from your own tests, a course, or adjacent work in social or search advertising. Screening checks understanding, not certificates.
• Precision, because a single mistake when duplicating a campaign sends budget in the wrong direction.

The buyer bonus formula is open to the whole team, and it runs on data that you collect and validate. Your numbers become someone's paycheck, so when a buyer opens the dashboard at month end, every cell has to be trustworthy. Building and holding that level of trust is the core of this job. What you'll do

• Stitch the tracker and product analytics into a single pipeline, so that a click recorded in the tracker (the system that logs ad clicks, conversions, and spend for every campaign) can be matched to the payment it eventually produced.
• Build BI dashboards that cross spend, revenue, and LTV by source, campaign, GEO (the country or region a campaign targets), and individual buyer.
• Run cohort analysis covering conversion to subscription, retention, rebill dynamics, and LTV forecasts 3–6 months out.
• Validate bonus calculations and reconcile the underlying data before payout, so that no number reaches a buyer unchecked.
• Host weekly reviews with the buying teams on which cohorts pay back, which campaigns deserve more budget, and where LTV is sagging.
• Set up anomaly alerts for fraud patterns, discrepancies between tracker and product, and sudden drops in conversion.
• Agree with the tech lead on which events and parameters tracking has to pass through so that the two data sources reconcile.

Requirements

• 2+ years in performance or product analytics.
• Confident SQL together with at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
• Hands-on cohort analysis and LTV forecasting from real work rather than coursework.
• A working command of subscription funnel unit economics, including why the rebill matters more than the first payment.

Nice to have

• Python for building pipelines and models.
• Familiarity with trackers such as Keitaro, Binom, or Voluum, and with S2S postbacks (server-to-server callbacks that report a conversion back to the tracker).

What you'll do

• Build keyword research and content plans for Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs in English and in local languages, working with our localizers.
• Brief copywriters and review the texts they deliver, since cluster relevance is your responsibility rather than the contractor's.
• Own technical SEO across audits, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking.
• Grow the link profile through outreach, guest placements, donor vetting, and work on the domain portfolio.
• Analyze results beyond rankings, using BI dashboards that show an organic visitor's path to registration and subscription, and optimize for that path.
• Run experiments on new clusters, page formats, and new GEOs, each with a clear hypothesis and a deadline for proving it.
• Track algorithm updates and competitors in the niche, because the dating SERP moves quickly.

About the role

ROIcamp is a media buying team, which means we buy paid traffic at scale and monetize it inside dating products. When postbacks go down at night (postbacks are server-to-server callbacks that report each conversion back to our tracker), buyers spend the next morning without data, and every such hour burns real budget.

This role is not tracker administration but ownership of the whole buying-side stack: Keitaro or Binom, S2S postbacks, domains, servers, landing pages, and integrations with a product that has run in dating since 2011. The product side already exists; the new department's tracking stack does not, and you will build it from scratch, choosing the tools and carrying the accountability for them. You report to the Head of Media Buying.

The scale, stated plainly: one buying team and moderate volumes at the start, growing to millions of events a month within a year or two. We value not a fast initial setup but an architecture that survives a tenfold increase without a rewrite.

There is no legacy in your area, so the first technical decision here is yours. Every part of the stack carries a price: an extra second of landing load costs conversion, a lost postback distorts someone's bonus, a redundant redirect loses traffic.

What you'll do

• Design and roll out the tracking stack: tracker, traffic distribution, and S2S postbacks into the product, architected for millions of events a month.
• Wire the postback chain so every funnel step reaches the tracker without loss: click, registration, subscription, and rebill, the recurring charge a subscriber pays after the first payment.
• Run the domain infrastructure: registration, DNS, SSL, rotation of landing pages and prelanders (the intermediate pages a user sees before reaching the offer), speed, and fault tolerance.
• Integrate ad-source APIs and internal systems: automated statistics, cost synchronization, exports into BI.
• Build monitoring and alerting so a postback outage reaches you before it reaches a buyer.
• Automate the buyer routine: landing deploys, account infrastructure, and small tools the team uses daily.
• Guarantee data integrity together with the analyst, since tracker numbers must match the product to the cent: the open bonus formula is computed from them.
• Document the stack with diagrams, runbooks, and procedures, so it does not live in your head alone.

Requirements

• Tracker administration in Keitaro or Binom at real volumes, not on a demo install.
• S2S postbacks, API integrations, and webhooks, with the ability to debug a chain where a conversion has gone missing.
• Domains, DNS, SSL, Linux servers, and basic CDN configuration.
• Scripting in PHP, JavaScript, or Python at the level of shipping tools the team actually uses.
