Project description:

Currently, we are building multiple different platforms for dispatch, billing and cashiering that seamlessly connect multiple transportation fleets with clients, and these platforms frequently communicate with each other. We offer both an intuitive, intelligent technology and a strong partnership for transportation providers, delivering savings, simplicity and accounting transparency.

The current position is for one of the projects, which is a multi-component transportation platform designed to optimize mobility experiences for both riders and drivers, while enabling centralized control for operational teams. It consists of three key components:

● Rider App (iOS & Android)
● Driver App (iOS & Android)
● Dashboard (Web-based system for support & operations)

The platform includes multiple different services, third-party integrations, mobile and web applications. It is in active production with ongoing development and enhancements. All three components are continuously monitored, updated, and improved based on operational feedback and business needs.

 

Responsibilities: 

1. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables within scope, time, and budget
2. Coordinate teamwork and foster collaboration and synergy.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, work with the team to break down and decompose ideas into actionable items and goals.
4. Manage project scope and trade-offs.
5. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years in Product/Project roles (PM, TPM, Product Analyst, Delivery Manager) on large‑scale software (SaaS/platform).
2. Technical background (CS/SE degree or equivalent experience) with hands‑on comfort reading APIs, data models, and logs, SQL skills
3. PRDs, roadmaps, and ticketing: you’ve owned them end-to-end on a complex product.
4. Advanced Prototyping skills: for showing realistic, testable flows.
5. MVP mindset: prioritize, slice, and ship increments that deliver value quickly.
6. C1+ English: own external communications, stakeholder updates, and release notes.

About the role

We are a U.S.-based trucking company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent person to take ownership of our internal systems, ClickUp structure, SaaS accounts, technical onboarding, and daily technical support.

This is not just a basic support role. We need someone who can receive a task, understand the goal, research what is needed, use AI and documentation, solve the problem, document the solution, and make sure it does not create more confusion later.

We use many cloud systems across dispatch, safety, maintenance, drivers, phones, forms, documents, and internal operations. The main goal of this role is to keep everything clean, accurate, organized, and working.

Main responsibility

You will be responsible for keeping our systems, accounts, workflows, and ClickUp workspace organized and accurate.

Every task should be owned from start to finish. If something is unclear, you should investigate, ask the right questions, use AI/tools/documentation, contact vendor support if needed, and bring the issue to completion.

What you will do

1. ClickUp ownership

• Build, clean up, and maintain ClickUp spaces, folders, lists, views, forms, statuses, templates, automations, and task structures
• Organize workflows so the team knows exactly what to do, where to find information, and how to follow the process
• Make sure tasks are complete, clear, assigned correctly, and not forgotten
• Maintain ClickUp Docs, SOPs, checklists, and internal instructions
• Help move processes from Google Sheets and scattered messages into structured ClickUp workflows
• Improve task structure, naming, fields, statuses, and reporting
• Keep ClickUp clean and usable, not messy or overloaded

2. Account and SaaS management

• Create, update, disable, and audit user accounts across company systems
• Manage permissions, roles, access levels, groups, and shared accounts
• Keep account structure accurate across all platforms
• Make sure every employee, dispatcher, manager, and driver has correct access
• Remove access when someone leaves the company
• Track paid subscriptions, users, licenses, and unnecessary accounts
• Help reduce software waste and duplicate tools

3. Technical onboarding

• Set up new employees and drivers with all required systems
• Prepare accounts, permissions, devices, apps, passwords, and instructions
• Configure Android tablets for drivers using ManageEngine MDM or similar tools
• Make onboarding consistent so nothing is missed
• Create onboarding checklists and improve them after every issue
• Explain tools clearly to non-technical users

4. Daily technical support

• Help office staff, dispatchers, managers, and drivers with technical issues
• Troubleshoot login problems, email problems, app issues, access issues, device problems, and basic system errors
• Use RustDesk or similar remote support tools when needed
• Contact software vendor support and follow up until the issue is solved
• Document every repeated issue and solution so the same problem is easier next time

5. Google Workspace and communication systems

• Manage Google Workspace users, groups, shared inboxes, email routing, Drive access, and basic security settings
• Support Gmail and Google Drive organization
• Set up and troubleshoot RingCentral users, phone numbers, call routing, and basic VoIP issues
• Help organize company communication and reduce confusion between tools

6. Basic technical systems support

• Basic AWS / Ubuntu / Docker support
• SSH into servers when needed
• Start, stop, restart, or check Docker containers
• Support Kasm virtual desktops
• Follow documentation and vendor guides
• Use AI tools to simplify technical tasks, but verify results before applying changes

7. Process improvement and automation

About the company

Our client is a B2B SaaS platform operating at the intersection of data intelligence and LinkedIn advertising. The product is in active growth — the engineering team ships continuously, and feature velocity is high. The platform combines LinkedIn Ads optimization, website visitor identification, and revenue attribution in one decision layer — so marketers can see which companies engage with their ads, connect that activity to CRM data, and prove what actually drives deals.

The team is small and senior: a product manager, 3 backend engineers (PHP/Laravel), 1 frontend engineer (React), and 3 data engineers (Python, N8N), on AWS-managed infrastructure with Postgres and Clickhouse. The team works in sprints with sprint planning and retrospectives.

Why this role exists

Two gaps are holding the team back. First, the CTO is absorbing too much coordination overhead: breaking down requirements, running syncs, unblocking developers. Second, testing coverage hasn't kept pace with shipping speed — bugs that automated tests would have caught are slipping through to production.

This role is designed to close both gaps at once. The PM side frees up the CTO by owning task creation and team coordination. The QA side builds an automated testing layer from scratch, with AI tooling at its core. Neither half of this role is a full-time job on its own — together, they're exactly one.
 

What you'll own

Project management — primary focus

• Receive requirements from the CTO and convert them into detailed, developer-ready tasks and epics in ClickUp, following the company's established task framework
• Run sprint planning and retrospectives, keep the team unblocked, and handle routine coordination without escalating to the CTO
• Own documentation: maintain clear, up-to-date technical specs and requirement breakdowns
• Be the connective tissue between product intent and engineering execution — understand the business logic behind what's being built, not just the task list
• Track progress, flag risks early, and make sure work that gets decided actually gets finished
   

QA automation — secondary focus

• Build an automated QA framework from scratch — end-to-end, regression, and API testing; choose your own tools and programming language
• Triage and classify bugs by root cause (frontend vs. backend) before routing to developers
• Write test plans and document edge cases; build coverage that actually prevents regressions, not just documents them
   

Requirements

What we expect from an ideal candidate

• 3–5 years of total experience with at least 1.5 years in a project or product management role and at least 1.5 years in QA engineering
• At least 2 years of that experience must be at a product company
• Proven ability to break down product requirements into clear, structured technical tasks for a development team
• Experience running sprint planning and retrospectives, or working closely within that process
• Strong self-management and prioritization — able to hold multiple threads across PM and QA without dropping things or waiting to be told what's next
• Experience in QA engineering with a demonstrated shift toward automation — manual-only QA is not a fit for this role
• Solid understanding of regression testing and functional testing concepts
• Working knowledge of SQL sufficient to validate data at the database level (Postgres, Clickhouse a plus)
• Ability to distinguish frontend bugs from backend bugs quickly and describe them precisely
• You should be actively using AI tools to automate, build, and accelerate your own workflow
