Junior Project Manager

CUSTOMER
Our customer is a globally recognized provider of network infrastructure and enterprise communication solutions, serving businesses and service providers worldwide. The company operates in a highly complex technological ecosystem, supporting large-scale services and digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions.

PROJECT
The project focuses on the development and support of a core enterprise component used in customer support services. The team works within a large-scale distributed environment that combines cloud infrastructure, enterprise Java solutions, and telecom-related integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery progress
• Clarify and document business and technical requirements
• Coordinate the development process and remove delivery blockers
• Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations
• Support the team and maintain a productive, human-oriented working environment
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Support resource planning, assignments, and team development
• Apply current development and AI practices to improve project delivery

REQUIREMENTS
 

• At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain
• Understanding of modern software development and AI practices
• Solid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control
• Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and Customers
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
• Human-oriented approach to team and people management
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes
• Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a multinational environment
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

WOULD BE A PLUS
 

• Experience with Java or cloud-based projects

ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ

• Планувати проєктні активності, оцінки, milestones і залежності
• Відстежувати scope, графік, бюджет, ризики та прогрес delivery
• Уточнювати та документувати business і technical requirements
• Координувати процес розробки та усувати delivery blockers

ВИМОГИ

• Від 2 років практичного досвіду у Project Management у software development
• Практичний досвід delivery проєктів у складному технічному домені
• Розуміння сучасної software development методології та AI practices
• Ґрунтовні знання у сфері планування проєктів, estimation, risk management, budgeting і delivery control
• Здатність розуміти та обговорювати technical requirements з engineers і Customers
• Сильні організаційні навички, навички пріоритизації та вирішення проблем
• People-oriented підхід до management команди
• Customer-oriented mindset із фокусом на business goals та delivery results
• Чітка та впевнена комунікація з technical і non-technical стейкхолдерами
• Досвід роботи в міжнародному середовищі
• Рівень англійської — Upper-Intermediate або вище

БУДЕ ПЛЮСОМ

• Досвід роботи з Java або cloud-based проєктами
