What you’ll be doing

• Manage projects: plan tasks, track deadlines and priorities, and keep both the team and the client aligned.
• Communicate with English-speaking clients via chat and calls; gather updates from the team to ensure the client is always informed about the project status.
• Participate in pre-sales: gather requirements, draft technical specifications (SOW/scope documents), and assist with project estimation.
• Prepare project reports, ensuring they are clear and transparent.
• Maintain organized processes: manage backlogs and tasks in Jira, and keep documentation up to date in Notion.

What we’re looking for
📍 At least 1 year of experience as a PM, Project Coordinator, BA, or Account Manager in the IT sector.
📍 English proficiency at a B2 level or higher: confident verbal and written communication with clients
📍 An understanding of the software development lifecycle (frontend/backend, product development stages, and Agile/Scrum fundamentals).
📍 Experience using Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
📍 Autonomy: the ability to take ownership of a project and manage it without constant supervision.
📍 Initiative: the ability to spot issues early and propose solutions.
📍 A systematic approach: the skill to turn chaos into a structured workflow.
📍 Will be a plus: Experience participating in pre-sales or preparing technical specifications and project estimates. Experience working with AI products or in an outsourcing company.
