Our team develops modern fintech products and scalable digital solutions that support banking operations, payments, cards, customer management, compliance-related processes, and integrations with external financial services.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our Payments product portfolio.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about building robust Fintech products, driving innovation in payments, a strategically important area in our business.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will own a product vertical of payments end-to-end, from roadmap through delivery of projects. As a skilled professional seeking a new challenge with a passion for organization and problem-solving, you will oversee and coordinate technical projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes from initiation to successful delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans for multiple concurrent software releases, including identifying key milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineering, BA, testing, support, devops, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of project objectives.
- Manage project scope and changes, define budgets, evaluate potential risks and issues, and devise contingency plans.
- Track, report and ensure project performance metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, and resource utilization are met.
- Promote continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate communication within the team and with other stakeholders.
- Act as product manager to design product roadmaps, facilitate product improvements, coordinate performance testing to align within product key metrics.
- Coordinate customer accounts utilizing bi-weekly meetings, preparing detailed reports, organizing the delivery process for custom development projects.
Work closely with engineering, client stakeholders, and external partners to drive delivery.
Required Skills
- 4 + years of proven experience with IT project management.
- Experience in agile development methodologies, SDLC.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and active stakeholder communication skills.
- Education degree in Computer science, Finances, or Business administration.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and research in the field of data analysis.
- Ability to set priorities and high stress resistance.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the fintech/banking domain.
- Experience in launching payments products in SEPA, Swift domains would be a plus.
