Your primary mission will be to empower the management and leadership team, helping them thrive and excel by driving employee engagement, fostering leadership development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Your team includes team leaders with diverse experience levels - some are new to their roles, while others are seasoned professionals seeking a trusted HR partner to guide and collaborate with.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying of problems and risks in your business unit, collaborate with the management team to find effective solutions and mitigate risks
• New leads & managers onboarding, ensuring they are equipped for success in their roles
• Resolving complex employee relations issues (counteroffers, dismissals, conflicts)
• Planning the PDP process and feedback sessions in your business unit 
• Analyzing and evaluating HR metrics
• Manage benefits compensations in your business unit 
• Communication of new policies and changes within the company, ensuring their implementation in the teams
• Collecting training needs (for teams and managers - on an ongoing basis), creating requests for the LnD team

The role's primary focus is working with managers rather than all employees. Meetings with employees are conducted at their request or the lead's request in critical situations.

About the role

We're looking for a Learning & Development English Specialist to build and run our internal English learning program. You'll assess employees' current English level, design individualized learning plans based on their role and gaps, and track their progress over time.

This role is flexible in background: you could be a practicing English teacher who also wants to design structured programs, or an L&D / curriculum specialist with strong English expertise who prefers building plans and tracking outcomes over teaching lessons yourself. What matters most is that you understand how adults actually improve their English at work, and can turn that into a clear, trackable plan for each person.

What you'll do

• Assess the English level of employees (speaking, writing, listening, reading) using structured tests and/or live interviews, and map each person to a CEFR level (A1–C2).
• Design individual and group learning plans tailored to each employee's level, role, and goals (e.g. client communication, technical writing, business correspondence).
• Define clear milestones and success criteria for each learning plan.
• Track progress regularly — re-assess levels periodically, adjust plans, and report on outcomes to management.
• Recommend or curate learning resources, materials, and exercises (courses, apps, practice sessions) matched to each plan.
• Optionally: conduct English classes/practice sessions yourself, or coordinate with external tutors/platforms if you're not teaching directly.
• Keep records of each employee's level, plan, and progress in a shared, organized format (spreadsheet, LMS, or similar).

What we're looking for

• Strong command of English yourself (C1/C2) — written and spoken.
• Proven experience in at least one of: teaching English to adults, corporate L&D program design, or curriculum/course development.
• Familiarity with CEFR levels and standard English assessment approaches.
• Ability to design structured, goal-oriented learning plans — not just generic materials, but plans tied to each person's real gaps and role.
• Comfortable tracking data and reporting on progress (spreadsheets, simple dashboards).
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage a part-time program independently with minimal oversight.

ELEKS is looking for an Education coordinator in Lviv only. Office attendance 1-2 days per week.

ELEKS Learning & Development Office designs and coordinates learning initiatives for ELEKS professionals and students through partnerships with universities and educational institutions. We're looking for a People Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve our global People Operations function.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you'll own our HR Operations infrastructure, ensuring our employee lifecycle, HR systems, and operational processes remain scalable, compliant and employee-focused as the company continues to grow.

What you'll do

HRIS ownership & automation

• Own HiBob as our global HRIS, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for employee data.

• Manage integrations between HiBob and business systems, including payroll, Slack, Google Workspace and Finance platforms.
• Maintain organisational structures, reporting lines, cost centres and employee records.

Data integrity & reporting

• Review and validate employee data changes submitted by HRBPs and managers before implementation.

Team leadership

Employee lifecycle

Process improvement & projects

• Lead the implementation of new HR systems, process improvements and automation initiatives.

What you'll bring

About the Role

BotsCrew is looking for an HR Manager to own and grow our Employer & Employee Brand — not just run activities, but take real responsibility for developing the whole direction end to end. We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner who shares our mindset, to act as a strategic partner for our leaders, drive data-backed HR initiatives, and optimize our people processes.
 

🧲 Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for 50+ team members (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, salary reviews, offboarding).
• Act as a proactive partner for managers and leads: conduct regular 1:1s, support team management, performance evaluation, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.
• Work with HR analytics: collect and analyze data on key metrics, formulate hypotheses, and build dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow: automate routine processes, handle analytics, draft documents, and generate reports.
• Launch and analyze HR surveys (pulse, eNPS), and design post-survey action plans.
• Initiate engagement, motivation, and retention programs.
• Identify training needs, design development strategies for both individual employees and teams, organize L&D programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Improve and scale HR processes, proposing new data-driven initiatives.
• Foster and support a positive corporate culture.

🧲 Requirements:

 

• 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year as an HRBP or in a role with a similar level of responsibility.
• Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and a proven track record of optimizing HR processes.
• Experience working with HRIS (PeopleForce, BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar) and ATS.
• Hands-on HR analytics skills: experience with metrics, data handling, and reporting.
• Active use of AI in your workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and a readiness to integrate AI into HR processes.
• Experience conducting HR surveys and developing initiatives based on their results.
• Knowledge of approaches to performance management and compensation reviews.
• Experience drafting and implementing HR policies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
