HR Manager (Employer Brand)

About the Role

BotsCrew is looking for an HR Manager to own and grow our Employer & Employee Brand — not just run activities, but take real responsibility for developing the whole direction end to end. You’ll shape how BotsCrew looks from the outside (hiring events, social media, content, community) and how it feels on the inside (culture, engagement, and the key moments of the employee journey).

This is an ownership role: you’ll set priorities, drive initiatives, and be accountable for outcomes — with support from the Head of People Operations rather than day-to-day direction. HR operations and L&D are part of the job, but in a supporting capacity. BotsCrew is an AI company, so you’ll use AI daily to work faster, and you’ll be present with the team offline in Lviv on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to build employer/employee brand in practice — you generate ideas, create content, and are genuinely active and visible (including on social media), not remote from it
• 2+ years of HR/People Operations experience in a tech company or similarly structured environment
• Solid understanding of onboarding design, L&D fundamentals, feedback culture, and core HR operations
• Genuinely people-oriented — comfortable in regular contact with teams, reading the mood, surfacing needs early
• Ownership mindset — you follow through, flag issues early, and don’t wait to be told what to do next
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across levels and functions
• English — Intermediate (B1)
• Ability to structure ambiguous situations into clear processes and documentation
• Comfortable with a hybrid model and regular on-site presence in Lviv
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience launching or significantly improving HR processes from scratch
• Practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work — actual workflows improved, not theoretical
• Background in HR automation, prompt engineering, or AI workflow optimization
• Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, or structured reporting
• Experience organizing learning initiatives, training programs, or knowledge-sharing formats
   

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow the employer & employee brand through hiring events, social media, content, workshops, and employee initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across the company, proactively identifying employee needs, engagement trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Strengthen team culture through regular in-person collaboration in Lviv.
• Own the employee journey, including onboarding, development touchpoints, and offboarding.
• Facilitate L&D, AI workshops, recruiting-related initiatives, and regular 1:1s to support employee growth and engagement.
• Ensure efficient HR operations and timely resolution of employee requests.
• Integrate AI tools into HR workflows by identifying automation opportunities, testing solutions, and documenting best practices.
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions, escalations, and sensitive people matters.
