HR Business Partner

We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner who shares our mindset, to act as a strategic partner for our leaders, drive data-backed HR initiatives, and optimize our people processes.
๐งฒ Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for 50+ team members (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, salary reviews, offboarding).
- Act as a proactive partner for managers and leads: conduct regular 1:1s, support team management, performance evaluation, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Work with HR analytics: collect and analyze data on key metrics, formulate hypotheses, and build dashboards.
- Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow: automate routine processes, handle analytics, draft documents, and generate reports.
- Launch and analyze HR surveys (pulse, eNPS), and design post-survey action plans.
- Initiate engagement, motivation, and retention programs.
- Identify training needs, design development strategies for both individual employees and teams, organize L&D programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Improve and scale HR processes, proposing new data-driven initiatives.
- Foster and support a positive corporate culture.
๐งฒ Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year as an HRBP or in a role with a similar level of responsibility.
- Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and a proven track record of optimizing HR processes.
- Experience working with HRIS (PeopleForce, BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar) and ATS.
- Hands-on HR analytics skills: experience with metrics, data handling, and reporting.
- Active use of AI in your workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and a readiness to integrate AI into HR processes.
- Experience conducting HR surveys and developing initiatives based on their results.
- Knowledge of approaches to performance management and compensation reviews.
- Experience drafting and implementing HR policies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, structured approach, and sharp attention to detail.
- Proactivity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
