    We are looking for а  HR Business Partner to join a service-based IT outsourcing company that operates in the European and US markets. The company collaborates with both international startups and mature businesses.

The company size -  400+ employees

The team:  HR department: 4 people + HR Director.

Locations/Offices -   Lviv\ hybrid type of work.

  Requirements:

  • 5 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year as an HR Business Partner in the IT industry.
  • Experience working in companies with up to 250 employees.
  • Experience working closely with managers and team leads, providing training, coaching, and guidance.
  • Strong business orientation with a focus on achieving measurable results and a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of and readiness to use AI tools in daily work processes.
  • English level: В2+

 

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the leadership team (Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, PMs, and Team Leads) to support business success.
  • Helping managers and leads apply best practices in people management. Providing HR advice and consulting on people-related topics.
  • Identifying risks and issues in the business unit and working with management to find solutions and reduce risks.
  • Communicating new policies and company changes and ensuring their implementation in teams.
  • Onboarding new leads and managers and supporting them in their roles.
  • Handling complex employee relations cases (counteroffers, terminations, conflicts).
  • Supporting the PDP process and feedback sessions within the business unit.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and performance data.
  • Managing benefits and compensation processes in the business unit.
  • Collecting training needs from teams and managers on an ongoing basis and submitting requests to the L&D team.
  • Succession planning
