• Analyze and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit Ads.
• Launching and running A/B tests, validate hypotheses and improve performance metrics step by step.
• Collaborate closely with creative and design teams: contribute to creative briefs, share performance insights, and learn how to connect data with creative strategy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, new angles, and growth opportunities.
• Help monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns stay aligned with team goals and KPIs.
   

About You:

• 6+ months of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
• Basic hands-on experience with at least one paid channel (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit Ads).
• Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and curiosity to dive deeper into analytics.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop unique strategies to attract and keep users.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher for seamless collaboration with international teams and partners.
