Key Requirements:

🔹Strong Python and system design fundamentals — enough to make sound technical calls and catch when the AI is wrong;
🔹Experience delivering software from idea to production;
🔹Excellent system design and architectural thinking;
🔹Ability to make technical decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes;
🔹Experience working with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar;
🔹Strong product mindset and the ability to balance technical and business priorities;
🔹Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments;
🔹Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
🔹Ability to review, challenge, and improve AI-generated output rather than relying on it blindly;
🔹Experience building AI-native development workflows;
🔹English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:

🔹Django experience;
🔹Experience with modern frontend technologies, QA automation, or full-stack environments;
🔹Experience working in product companies or startups.

What you will do:

🔹Own features end-to-end, from initial requirements to production and monitoring;
🔹Partner with Product to turn requirements into clear execution plans — Product owns the what, you own the how;
🔹Orchestrate AI agents across development, QA, and automation;
🔹Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code and solutions;
🔹Make architectural decisions, define data models, and optimize system performance;
🔹Ensure high quality throughout the entire delivery lifecycle;
🔹Own a feature area while contributing across other areas when needed;
🔹Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to continuously improve delivery processes.
