We are looking for a Customer Support who will become a part of our team!

 

What are you going to do:

 

  • Information and technical support of existing and new clients online via chat or e-mail;
  • Work with tickets in the Zendesk system (database of customer requests);
  • Development and maintenance of the existing customer base;
  • Analysis of the company's services and products, search and control of problem solving (together with the company's technical specialists);
  • Performing other tasks of the head.

 

What are we looking for:

 

  • At least B2 English level;
  • Higher education (can be incomplete and preferably technical)
  • Understanding of the basic principles of the Internet
  • Experience working with email service
  • Responsibility
