Head of Go-to-Market
About Scryon
Scryon is an AI-powered platform helping B2B organizations discover and prioritize conferences, trade shows, speaking opportunities, and industry events that generate real pipeline and revenue.
Scryon is hiring a hands-on Head of GTM to own our path to market and revenue growth.
You will work directly with the founders to define our ICP, positioning, offer, pricing, channels, sales process, and customer growth strategy. You will also execute: speak with customers, run experiments, win early accounts, build pipeline, and hire the GTM team as we scale.
We are looking for a strategic B2B builder with strong sales and marketing judgment who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes-not just activity. Experience attending or working with conferences is an advantage.
