About the Role
As the Account Manager at Scrambly, you will oversee all aspects of activities with the advertisers: technical setup of campaigns, campaign optimization towards KPIs, B2B communication, and upselling.

You will act as the main contact point for our partners across the gaming industry (e.g., Playtika, Scopely, SuperPlay), discussing marketing strategies, handling regular calls and day-to-day communication, and working on the technical side of the campaign performance. 

From the team's side, you'll take part in brainstorming new ideas and taking part in different assignments to grow your product understanding and user behavior. 

Your goal is to ensure campaigns operate properly while constantly working on achieving higher milestones that enable fast and sustainable partner growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage large data sets to optimize multi-reward campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring campaign success
• Communicate effectively with advertisers to identify opportunities and enhance partnerships
• Onboard new advertisers
• Assess the competitive landscape and find ways to increase revenue
• Provide regular project updates and address challenges as they arise
   

Requirements
 

• 1+ years of experience in similar domains: Account Management, Sales, etc
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Solid analytical skills, ability to work confidently with numbers and data
• Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous learning
• Great problem-solving abilities and a proactive, autonomous work style
• High proficiency in English (B2+, written and spoken)

Nice to Have
 

• Familiarity with MMPs like Appsflyer and Adjust
• Knowledge of CPA, CPI, and CPE campaign models

We’re looking for a Lead iOS Developer to own our IOS development and lead the entire mobile team (iOS and Android developers).

This is a greenfield environment. A dedicated team will build an end-to-end platform on AWS, integrating with internal systems and delivery processes. The target is for 10–20% of JIRA stories to be handled through fully autonomous delivery within 12 months.

We are looking for a self-driven Engineer with AI experience who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting to be directed. This is a proactive role - you are expected to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them independently.
In addition to engineering, ~10% of your time will involve working with internal delivery teams: understanding their SDLC processes, identifying friction points, and feeding insights back into the platform. You will also support adoption by explaining and promoting the solution across teams.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.

Who we're looking for

A professional who moves fast and thinks in experiments. • Influencer partnerships — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, tracking results
• Organic UGC at scale — TikTok, Instagram, X, Lemon8 across multiple accounts, fast iteration
• Paid acquisition — Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest campaigns + web funnels, with subscription funnel testing across our trial/monthly/lifetime models

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own and deliver end-to-end features that move the product forward. You won't just write code — you'll identify user problems, prototype solutions, ship features, and iterate based on real usage data. Profile Overview

Your immediate impact in the first 1-3 months will be:

• Become a core member of our product engineering team, owning features from idea to production
• Ship user-facing features end-to-end, including frontend UI, backend services, and data pipelines
• Improve existing product areas based on customer feedback and usage data — reducing friction, fixing rough edges, and raising the bar on quality
• Help shape our product roadmap by bringing opinions backed by data, prototypes, and customer conversations
• Analyze usage data and use those insights to shape what you build next
   

Your responsibilities
 

• Own product outcomes end-to-end: from identifying user problems and prototyping solutions to shipping, measuring, and iterating
• Build and maintain the frontend experiences that our customers use every day
• Develop scalable backend services and data pipelines that power those experiences
• Analyze usage data and user feedback to prioritize what to build, fix, and improve
• Collaborate closely with the team on product direction — bring opinions, back them with data, and help set priorities
• Write clear documentation for the features you ship, both readable by humans and LLMs

What You bring to the table

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong track record of shipping user-facing products end-to-end
• Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) for backend services; knowledge of other backend languages is a plus
• Solid experience with a modern frontend framework — Vue.js or React.js. You're comfortable owning the UI layer of the features you ship, not just handing off APIs
• Experience designing and building data pipelines and working with large-scale data processing
• A product mindset: you think about user problems first, not just technical implementation. You form opinions on what to build and why
• Comfort with ambiguity — you can take a vague problem, break it down, prototype fast, and iterate based on feedback
• Strong communication skills — you can explain technical decisions in terms of user and business impact
• Senior-level ownership: you plan meticulously, ship reliably, and proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs — context engineering, API integrations, agentic workflows

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with OLAP databases like ClickHouse for analytical workloads
• Background in SEO tools, rank tracking, or search ecosystems
• Experience with web scraping or browser automation
• History of side projects, open-source contributions, or founding your own product

About you:

We are looking for a hands-on specialist who will support outbound campaigns by building highly accurate target lists, enriching contact data, and executing first-touch outreach including cold calls. 

This role is focused on execution. You will work with structured processes and tools, collecting and validating data, identifying the right contacts, and supporting multi-channel outbound campaigns. 

You will work directly with the outbound lead and follow a clear system. 

Responsibilities:

1. Target List Building 

• Research and identify companies within defined segments: MGA, captive managers, captives, multinational insurance players 
• Build structured lists from: association directories, regulator websites, LinkedIn, industry sources  
• Ensure: no duplicates, full coverage of the market  

2. Data Verification 

• Validate each company: confirm business type, confirm relevance to ICP  
• Fill in key fields: website, location, business focus, LinkedIn  
• Follow strict rules: no guessing, mark unknown instead of incorrect  

3. Contact Research & Enrichment 

• Find the right contacts for each company: leadership, operations, finance  
• Collect: name, title, LinkedIn, email, phone (if available)  
• Use tools: LinkedIn, Apollo / Lusha / Hunter / similar  
• Verify emails before use  

4. Data Management 

• Maintain clean and structured spreadsheets  
• Update CRM (e.g., HubSpot)  
• Log all activities: contacts added, data verified, outreach actions  

5. Cold Outreach Support 

• Execute initial outreach steps: LinkedIn connection requests, follow-ups, email sends  
• Perform cold calls: call direct numbers or office lines, ask to connect to the right person, log call outcomes  

6. Process Execution 

• Follow defined outbound processes and sequences  
• Work in batches and maintain high accuracy  
• Meet daily targets for: companies added, contacts enriched, calls completed  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in: lead generation, research, outbound support  
• Strong ability to: search and find information online, work with structured data, follow processes  
• Experience with: LinkedIn, Excel / Google Sheets  
• Basic experience with outbound tools or CRM is a plus
