Marketing Product Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Product Manager — a strategic thinker at the intersection of technology and marketing, who will become the driving force of our B2C product.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features
Define priorities and manage the product backlog for web and mobile teams
Conduct market and competitor analysis, generate and validate growth hypotheses
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve user experience (onboarding, retention, conversion)
Prepare clear technical requirements for development teams
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, analytics, and BizDev teams
Work with MarTech tools and integrations (including Customer.io)
Track and optimize key metrics: retention, LTV, CAC, ROI, CSAT, market share
Collaborate with SEO/SEM/SMM specialists to improve traffic efficiency
Run A/B tests and apply growth hacking approaches
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Marketing Product Manager (preferably in e-commerce or mobile products)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing
Experience with mobile analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase)
Experience with Google Analytics 4, GTM, and BI tools (Looker or similar)
Basic knowledge of API, SQL, and SDLC
Experience with CDP platforms (e.g., Segment)
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
Experience with task tracking tools (ClickUp or similar) and documentation tools (Confluence)
Strong analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset
English — Intermediate (B1) or higher.
