We are hiring a Brand Content Designer to build and elevate the UAI Labs brand.

This is not a corporate marketing job.
This is not a management role.

This is a hands-on builder role.

You will take complex AI and automation concepts and turn them into:

• Clear, powerful messaging
• Structured, easy-to-understand presentations
• Beautiful, premium visual materials
• Thought leadership content
• High-impact GTM assets

You will work directly with the leadership team to shape how the company is perceived in the market — and create materials yourself.

Responsibilities (hands-on execution)

Brand & Design

• Design and create client presentations, pitch decks, and materials
• Improve decks, proposals, and documents (structure + visuals)
• Ensure everything looks premium and consistent

Website & Digital Presence

• Write and structure website messaging
• Make our IP clearly visible
• Improve clarity, positioning and conversion

Content & Thought Leadership

• Write and format blogs, whitepapers and case studies
• Help build executive LinkedIn presence
• Repurpose content across channels
• Support SEO strategy

Sales Enablement

• Design and write one-pagers and GTM materials
• Turn complex ideas into simple, commercial narratives

Must Have

• Fluent English
• Clear understanding of branding principles
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics
• High attention to detail
• Strong visual design skills and understanding of design principles
• Ability to translate company goals into clear visual and written communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to use research and user insights to inform content and design decisions
• Strong portfolio (presentations, decks, documents, or visual materials)

This is a hands-on role.

If your previous experience was mostly:

• managing agencies
• coordinating stakeholders
• or leading without hands-on execution

this role is likely not a fit.

We are looking for someone who creates, not coordinates.

Що будете робити

• розвивати платформу: від проєктування нових кластерів до оптимізації існуючих;
• володіти networking-доменом: BGP-сесії з роутером, anycast, L4 / L7 балансування, traffic engineering;
• вести GitOps-процеси: новий сервіс розгортається через PR у config-репозиторій, без ручних kubectl;
• адмініструвати stateful-частину: PostgreSQL HA, Kafka, об’єктне сховище;

• будувати observability: SLI / SLO, алертинг, трейсинг, log-pipeline через Alloy.

   

Кого шукаємо

• Senior або Lead-рівень з реальним production-досвідом на Kubernetes ≥ 3 років;
• маєте глибоке розуміння Linux internals, networking (TCP / IP, BGP, iptables / eBPF);
• працювали з GitOps-підходом (Argo CD або Flux) у бойових умовах;
• розумієте, чому immutable OS це не примха, а архітектурне рішення;
• володієте IaC (Terraform / Terragrunt або Pulumi);

• маєте досвід з Postgres у production (HA, бекапи, відновлення).

   

Великий плюс

• комерційний досвід з Talos / Flatcar, Cilium (особливо BGP та eBPF), Crunchy PGO, Strimzi;
• досвід проєктування мереж із MikroTik або іншим enterprise-обладнанням;
• розуміння ZTN-архітектур (NetBird, Tailscale, Twingate, Cloudflare Access);

• Kubernetes RBAC та безпека у глибину, OpenTelemetry.

   

Умови

• Повна зайнятість, повністю remote.
• Англійська рівня intermediate+ для технічної документації.

• Прямий вплив на архітектурні рішення, мінімум бюрократії.
