• Create documentation for existing solutions and features
• Support other activities of the development team across the full software development cycle
• Backlog management

Qualifications

• Should have 3+ years of experience in system or business analysis
• Possess profound expertise in business and system analysis of complex software systems
• Demonstrate strong analytical and system thinking skills
• Have good communication skills
• Aim for an Upper-Intermediate level in English (both written and spoken)
• Worked with multiple corporate stakeholders via remote communication channels
• Show strong facilitation skills
• Understand web protocols, messaging protocols and web data formats: HTTP, WS, JSON, XML etc.
• Gain practical experience with Browser DevTools
• Worked with wireframes and diagrams (sequence and activity)

Position Overview:

As a Jira and Confluence Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Jira and Confluence instances. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal utilization of these platforms to support our teams in project management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Administration:

• Administer Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions configuration, and customization of workflows, issue types, and fields. Jira (server and cloud), сonfluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)

• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.

2. Configuration and Customization:

• Configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces to meet the specific requirements of our teams and projects.

• Customize Jira workflows, screens, and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

3. Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems used within the organization to facilitate seamless data flow and collaboration.

• Implement automation rules and workflows using Jira and Confluence plugins to optimize task management and documentation processes.

4. User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to users on Jira and Confluence functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues related to Jira and Confluence usage.

5. Corporate IT Services:

• Administer other corporate IT services such as Gitlab, LDAP, GCP.

• Ensure the proper functioning and integration of these services with other business applications and systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position for 2 years.

• Experience with Atlassian stack:

- Jira

- Confluence

- Bitbucket

- Crowd

• Understanding of the functioning of Linux systems.
