Requirements

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript (advanced typing, generics, utility types, strict mode).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js, including understanding and applying different rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR, RSC) depending on context.
• Experience with Apollo Client (GraphQL) and REST API integrations.

• Design and build a consolidated Customer 360 table in Databricks that links entities across Salesforce, Chargebee, Zendesk, and Back‑office (entity resolution, deduplication, survivorship rules)
• Implement data cleaning and standardization rules; where safe and approved, update upstream systems via Python/API
• Historize customer attributes to track changes over time
• Create robust data quality checks (completeness, consistency across systems, referential integrity, unexpected changes) and surface issues via Slack alerts

Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager/HR Generalist for our client — a globally recognized fast-growing Ukraine-based digital media company. It will be the first HR manager in the company with headcount of 80+ specialists.

Location: Kyiv/Hybrid (2-3 days in the office is a must)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Developing and optimizing existing HR processes in accordance with business needs
• Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with the team

What you will do:

What we expect from you:
