Please note that we work according to a hybrid way of work with the office in Kyiv. Full remote work is not possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for different types of applications;
• Create clear and structured test cases and test plans based on business requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Perform manual testing of application workflows;
  • Carry out various types of testing, including acceptance, regression, and integration testing (both manual and automated);
  • Log issues found during testing and verify fixes once resolved by the development teams;
• Write and update test documentation following internal guidelines and QA processes;
• Participate in early validation of tasks during development to detect issues early and improve the quality of delivery.

Requirements

• Practical experience in test automation; manual testing 15%-20%;
• Hands-on experience in testing web applications, both manually and through automation;
• Experience in testing RESTful APIs;
• Good working knowledge of C# for test automation;
• Clear understanding of QA principles, testing techniques, and software quality standards;
• Experience with black-box testing and understanding of end-to-end testing scenarios;
• Ability to communicate clearly within a distributed team and participate in discussions about requirements and implementation;
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing;
• Familiarity with business applications such as Microsoft Finance and Operations, Salesforce, Boomi;

About the Role
Due to the scaling of the Acquisition & Retargeting department, our company is looking for a Senior Retargeting Media Manager.

We are seeking a specialist who can take on the planning and management of retargeting advertising campaigns in major DSPs and advertising networks for Tier-3 countries, with proven expertise and a willingness to share knowledge with other members of the Retargeting team.

Your responsibilities:
Planning retargeting campaigns;
Overseeing the processes necessary for collecting data for retargeting;
Analyzing advertising campaigns and optimizing them based on the collected data;
Testing hypotheses (new approaches/sources/categories, etc.) to improve key metrics of retargeting campaigns.

You are a great fit if you:
Have at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming vertical and 3+ years in retargeting and digital advertising;
Have experience working with advertising platforms such as Exoclick, PropellerAds, etc.;
Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of retargeting campaigns and tracking;
Have substantial experience launching campaigns with various types of retargeting.

We the following expertise from you:
 

• A minimum of two years’ experience in VIP management or a similar position.
• Proven experience in planning and executing VIP events and activities.
• Account Management or Customer Relationship background, ideally within iGaming.
• In-depth knowledge of the igaming/sports betting market and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and inform company’s strategic decisions.
• CRM systems and communication software proficiency for team collaboration
• Regulatory compliance relevant to industry understanding is important.
