Now we are expanding and inviting you to our team Affiliate Manager CIS Market.

What we expect from you:
— About 1 years of experience working as an affiliate manager; 
— Availability of a strong, well-developed partner base (CIS market);
— Deep understanding of the specifics of working with cooperation models: CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid;
— Ability to analyze traffic in terms of payback and identify fraudulent/motivated traffic;
— Experience in setting up technical integration of partners (postbacks, tracking links);
— Proven experience of successful cooperation with SEO, PPC, Facebook, In-App, Telegram traffic, ASO iGaming Affiliates and Streamers;

— Skills in negotiating the terms of a deal with partners (rate, KPI);
— Understanding of the specifics of the iGaming Affiliate and Player community;
— Ability to find new affiliates.

Will be a plus:
— Experience of attending iGaming conferences;
— Knowledge of English at level B2 or higher.

What are your key responsibilities:
— Scaling the quality volumes of first deposits;
— Control of traffic quality and payback;
— Finding and connecting new partners;
— Implementation of technical integration of partners;
— Negotiating favorable terms of cooperation with partners;
— Conducting reconciliations with partners;
— Interaction with design, product, finance teams;
— Reporting.
