Key Responsibilities:

• Taking full ownership of the department, including Support, VIP Support, and Payment Support.
• Optimizing department processes and increasing team efficiency.
• Enhancing the quality of responses to improve the CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score.

Tasks for the Probationary Period (2-3 months):

• Get familiar with the department’s processes and sub-departments.
• Assess the existing challenges from the new leader’s perspective.
• Develop and propose an improvement plan.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing four sub-departments within the customer support division.
• Recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and developing the support team.

Project Description:

The client is a greenhouse firm for start-up like products within the financial markets; developing in a dynamic environment - with the backing of a worldwide firm. The project is built around a digital voting system that enables investors to vote in real time, removing traditional deadlines for submitting votes several days ahead of a company meeting. This is not a traditional banking project but rather a startup spun out by the bank with a relatively small dev team working on it. Project stakeholders and team members are based in Kyiv, Tel Aviv and London.
