About the Project

We're building a sophisticated AI-powered matching and analytics platform. The system uses advanced algorithms and multi-dimensional profiling to optimize decision-making processes. We're transitioning from a validated prototype to production and need an experienced developer to build out the complete backend infrastructure.

The Role

You'll architect and implement the complete backend system for our React-based platform, transforming mock data into a production-ready application with real database integration, authentication, API development, and third-party AI service integrations. You’ll join our Marketing Science team to build, run, and explain econometric & causal models that quantify the impact of media and non-media drivers on business outcomes. Day-to-day you’ll own MMM pipelines (from data ingestion to reporting), run incrementality tests, and turn results into budget/flighting recommendations that marketers can act on. 

Key responsibilities 

• MMM development & maintenance: specify and fit models (adstock, saturation, carryover; hierarchical/Bayesian variants), manage feature engineering, priors, diagnostics, and retraining cadence. 
• Causal measurement: design & analyze geo-tests and holdouts. 
• Optimization & scenarioing: deliver budget allocation and “what-if” tools; communicate trade-offs, constraints, and uncertainty. 
• Stakeholder enablement: translate model outputs for marketers, and media planners; produce concise decks/dashboards with clear recommendations. 
• Documentation & governance: maintain modeling playbooks, data dictionaries, and QA checklists; ensure reproducibility and ethical use of data. 
• Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.

Qualifications 

• Solid statistics/econometrics foundation (regression, time series, regularization; basics of Bayesian inference). 
• Comfortable in Python (pandas, numpy, statsmodels / scikit-learn); SQL for joins/aggregations; Git. 
• Ability to clean/validate messy marketing data and communicate results in clear visuals (Plotly/Matplotlib, Tableau/Looker Studio). 
• English B2+ for async docs and client-facing calls. 

Nice to have 

• Experience with marketing/media planning concepts (reach/frequency, flighting, creative wear-out). 
• Cloud familiarity (GCP/AWS), containerization, CI. 
• Forecasting (SARIMAX/ETS), gradient boosting (XGBoost/LightGBM), uplift modeling.

About the Role

What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prospect research and list building – identify and research potential clients who need our services (typically 1-2 hours daily)
• Make 40-80+ outbound cold calls daily to prospects in target industries (volume depends on research workload)
• Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations about their digital presence and marketing needs
• Send personalized follow-up emails to nurture prospects and move them through the pipeline

• Book qualified meetings between prospects and our Sales Manager – this is your primary goal

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine messaging and targeting strategies
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked

• Consistently booking 20+ qualified meetings per month with the Sales Manager

• Ensuring smooth handoffs with complete prospect information and context. Accuracy with CRM and work chats.

Required Qualifications:

• Native or C2-level English proficiency (exceptional verbal and written communication is non-negotiable)

This social project for newcomers/patriots/students aims to provide them with valuable hands-on experience for free, building on a real-world project to become a FullStack developer and help farmers manage their farms safely. Currently, we are accepting trainees only from Ukraine as part of our charitable support.

During your internship, you'll work closely with our highly qualified team of developers, learn how to create your first CRUD for working with a database, transform your application into a Docker container, and perform your first CI/CD in the cloud.
