We are looking for a talented interface designer to join our design team. You will be taking the core part in projects along with the Design BA, which includes information architecture analysis, prototyping, creation of visual solutions, and overseeing the implementation of the projects. Our team is pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): professional services, including but not limited to financial, audit and accounting applications.
Requirements:
Hard skills:
- Figma knowledge, including experience in components, features (autolayouts, constraints, etc.), libraries, and design systems on an advanced level
- Board collaboration/mind mapping tools experience (we use mostly FigJam)
- Deep knowledge of mobile patterns, HCD and Material principles and technical constraints
- Deep knowledge of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies
- Experience in usability testing and analytics tools
- Knowledge of WCAG
- Can perform discovery and research to define the project concept and its UX architecture
Soft skills:
- Be ready to share and follow the team’s values and principles
- Ability to independently fulfil tasks, make informed decisions and take responsibility for them
- Provide meaningful reasoning for the design solutions

Responsibilities:
- Perform design tasks given by Design BA
- Follow team design standards
- Perform self-check on mockup quality
- Provide full interface delivery according to the defined requirements
- Communicate with development team on the mockups progress and updates along with Design BA
- Perform UX research practices and UI concepting
- Be initiative on the new processes/standards/team activities
- Find the ways of the product design improvements and provide alternative solutions
- Estimate your design tasks and update Design BA on the progress and updates
- Participate in client meetings be ready to present design decisions to client’s stakeholders

The CoE helps our clients to perform a Product Discovery Phase, build a prototype, and validate a product concept. The experts provide a client with a High-Level Architecture plan, the suggested technology stack, the product design, time and cost estimates, consulting, and a Work Breakdown Structure.
Now, we are looking for a skilled AI/ML specialist, preferably with some data science experience, who will contribute to establishing and continuously improving the AI/ML expertise in the CoE department and the company overall. The role is ideal for a professional capable of effectively researching, proposing, and implementing ML/AI solutions and strategies corresponding to clients’ needs.
Requirements
Must have
- 4+ years of experience as an ML engineer, AI specialist or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including generative AI, computer vision, LLMs and/or others
- Proficiency in ML frameworks (Tensorflow, scikit or alternatives)
- Familiarity with deploying AI/ML models to cloud providers such as AWS or Google
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Would be a plus: experience in web development
- Would be a plus: background in data science, data analytics or data engineering
- Would be a plus: education in a relevant field (mathematics, computer science, statistics, software engineering, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
- Business-oriented mindset and ability to understand real goals of the client
- Ability to document solutions and share the knowledge effectively
- Would be a plus: Skills in team leadership or mentorship

Responsibilities:
- Train predictive models based on existing/historical data
- Post-train or fine-tune existing models (e.g. from HuggingFace) to achieve the requested functionality
- Build a prototype of an AI-driven analytics tool during the discovery phase
- Validate client’s idea and provide feedback on its possibility of implementation during pre-sales activities
- Prepare an estimation (time and cost) of the implementation of a particular project or feature
- Join and investigate an ongoing project with a purpose such as: consulting, development or super-vising a particular process.
Work Schedule
Full-time working day in our Lviv or Kyiv office (flexible hours) or full-time remote
