    You’ll become part of the team working on a multi-apartment marketing platform - a large-scale web solution used to manage extensive real estate portfolios. We support and enhance core modules, integrate the platform with marketing services, and help the client deliver new features aligned with business goals.

     

    You will play a role in ensuring the stability and quality of a complex web application. Your work will directly affect the product experience and the reliability of features that the client relies on.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform manual testing of the web application: functional, regression, smoke.
    • Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
    • Collaborate closely with developers.
    • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

     

    We Expect:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Manual QC Engineer.
    • Strong experience in web application testing.
    • API testing using Postman.
    • Solid understanding of Chrome DevTools.
    • Experience working with databases.
    • Basic knowledge of performance testing.
    • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2).

    Nice to have: ISTQB certification.

    We are currently seeking a TechOps Engineer who is interested in developing in the role of CloudOps. You will join a team responsible for one of the largest ThingsBoard deployments, which processes billions of messages daily and stores them in a multi-terabyte Cassandra cluster. 

    Your mission will be to: Ensure uninterrupted service for customers using our IoT platform, resolve technical issues, and improve the product knowledge base.

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues at the frontend and backend levels.
    • Timely and high-quality processing of customer requests on the Customer Portal.
    • Analyzing resolved issues, documenting and sharing knowledge for quick response in the future.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven technical background and experience in supporting/configuring Linux/Unix;
    • Knowledge of databases;
    • Proficiency in Linux command line;
    • Experience with Docker or Docker Compose (basic);
    • Troubleshooting skills sufficient to perform L2 investigations;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Upper - Intermediate English.

     

    Would be a huge plus: 

    • Experience with Kafka;
    • Experience with AWS/GCP
