Project Description:
IConduct is a leading IPaaS platform company, that provides integration solutions, which in turn enables its users to easily and elegantly configure an interaction between various systems with a zero-coding on cloud, cross-platform, or hybrid environment, looking for an experienced and highly motivated Middle Developer.

The platform is located in AWS and consumes AWS-managed services (EC2, RDS).

IConduct platform is a large-scale application that uses a variety of .NET technologies (.NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 7).

The platform uses Relational databases (MS SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Elasticsearch).

We use advanced pub/sub-concepts and message brokers (NATS).

As a Middle Developer, you will:

• Implement new features using .NET, React/Redux and ASP.NET.
• Work in a multi-technology environment & learn new technologies.
• Improve product architecture and technologies and be a part of the product technical committee.
• Have an influence on the product development.

Requirements:
Must have:

• 2+ years with C# and .NET/.NET Core
• Good knowledge of MS SQL
• Experience with async programming, threading, and message brokers (e.g., NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and high-load environments
• Upper-intermediate English

Nice to have:

• 1+ year of experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and data flows
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture and development principles
• Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms or legacy .NET applications
• Basic performance optimization skills (SQL queries, Entity Framework tuning, caching)
• Experience with application profiling and debugging (memory, CPU, network)
• Ability to refactor and migrate legacy code to modern .NET technologies
• Understanding of algorithm efficiency and clean code principles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

As part of our growth, we are expanding both our technical support and delivery capabilities, and are looking for a candidate who can combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership potential, supporting customers while gradually taking ownership of delivery and support operations.

Responsibilities:

Technical & Operational Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support via tickets, chats, and web conferences
• Perform remote troubleshooting of on-prem and cloud environments
• Deploy and support the IConduct platform on customer infrastructure
• Work closely with R&D and Delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions
• Provide L3 technical support and escalation handling for L1 and L2 teams
• Manage production environments including deployments, monitoring, and stability control
• Ensure proper documentation, logging, and incident tracking

Managerial & Delivery Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of support and integration engineers (7+ employees)
• Oversee shift management and support coverage to ensure SLA compliance
• Manage end-to-end delivery of professional services projects
• Act as a focal point for customer success and escalation management
• Support and mentor team members, including onboarding and knowledge sharing
• Drive operational excellence across support and delivery processes
• Coordinate between support, delivery, and customer stakeholders
• Manage workload and prioritization across multiple customers and projects
• Ensure high-quality service for 50+ customers across enterprise and startup environments

Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical support (more senior profiles welcome)
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs (Postman / SoapUI)
• Experience working with databases (SQL — MS SQL / MySQL / Oracle)
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
• Experience with file systems and integration flows
• Understanding of CI/CD and production deployment processes
• Experience working in cloud/SaaS/PaaS environments
• Ability to analyze logs, configurations, and diagnose system issues

Managerial & Professional Experience:

• Experience leading support and/or delivery teams (7+ employees)
• Experience in shift management and operational planning
• Hands-on experience with production environments and release control
• Experience providing L3 escalation support
• Proven experience leading customer-facing projects and professional services
• Commercial/customer-facing experience working with global customers

Tools & Systems:

• Experience with tools such as Zoho, TFS, or Jira
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Priority, NetSuite — advantage)

We are headed toward growth and welcome a talented Technical Support Engineer Tier 1-2 to join our team. In your daily duties, you will provide technical support with complex tasks in close cooperation with other departments to ensure the stability and quality of customer business processes.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Provide Tier 1-2 technical (Help Desk) support via tickets, chats, and web conferences;
• Remote troubleshooting of on-prem IConduct platform or operating system issues that affect customer’s processes;
• Deployment and support of the IConduct system on a customer’s remote infrastructure;
• Collaboration with R&D and Delivery teams to ensure relevancy and top-quality

We expect that you have:

• 1-2 years experience in Technical Support in a software company;
• Good command of English - mandatory requirement;
• Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills;
• Practical experience with REST (Postman) and/or SOAP (SoapUI) web services - mandatory requirement;
• Understanding of software development processes and approaches, CI/CD.
• Solid knowledge of any SQL syntax with practical experience (MS SQL/MySQL/Oracle) - mandatory requirement;
• Ability to comprehend and manage configuration files, log files, diagnostic tools, software versions, etc.

We consider a plus:

• Experience in basic administration of Microsoft Server OS (both local and cloud: Azure/AWS);
• Experience in troubleshooting cloud products or working in a SaaS/PaaS environment.
