We already have multiple completed and ongoing projects, along with a large library of raw content. Drone footage, construction progress videos, site walkthroughs, before/after transformations, behind-the-scenes materials, and project updates.

Now we need someone who can turn these raw materials into clean, engaging, and professional short-form videos that match the company’s content direction and brand identity.

The goal of this role is to become a reliable production partner for the Content Manager. Someone who can consistently edit high-quality content and help maintain a strong and professional digital presence.

What will you do?

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Produce approximately 12 short-form videos per month
• Work closely with the Content Manager and follow the provided content plans, briefs, and creative direction
• Turn raw construction and real estate footage into engaging videos with clear pacing and storytelling
• Select the best clips and structure videos in a way that keeps audience attention

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management and Follow-Up

• Maintain continuous follow-up with active and inactive leads.
• Re-engage cold leads and maintain customer communication pipelines.
• Ensure all leads receive timely responses and proper follow-up.

Appointment Setting

• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm customer appointments and maintain communication prior to visits.
• Coordinate customer handoff to sales representatives.

CRM Management

• Update CRM records accurately and consistently.
• Maintain detailed notes on customer communication and activity.
• Track follow-up schedules and customer status updates.
• Monitor lead activity to ensure no opportunities are missed.

Sales Team Support
