About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist — a highly proactive, cross-functional professional who will help us rethink how digital products are built, delivered, and scaled using AI.
This is not a traditional engineering or design role. Instead, we’re looking for someone who understands product development holistically — spanning business, design, and engineering — and can identify, test, and implement AI-driven approaches that significantly improve speed, quality, and innovation.
You will play a key role in shaping how we adopt AI across workflows, from early prototyping to delivery and even sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
— Drive AI adoption and modernization across product development processes.
— Identify, test, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate delivery.
— Actively participate in brainstorming, product discussions, and strategic decisions.
— Propose new approaches and ideas — including those the team hasn’t yet even considered.
— Facilitate strong cross-team communication between business, design, and engineering.
— Prototype solutions using modern AI tools instead of traditional workflows where applicable.
— Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies.
— Build and showcase real use cases demonstrating efficiency gains and improvements.
— Support client-facing activities and sales, helping articulate AI-driven value propositions.
— Educate and guide teams on how to effectively leverage AI in their daily work.
What We’re Looking For:
— Proven examples of process optimization or innovation using AI.
— Strong understanding of digital product development (across design, engineering, and business).
— Experience and deep interest in AI-enabled workflows and tools.
— Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or client interaction.
— A self-starter mindset — someone who brings ideas, not just executes tasks.
— Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
— Curiosity and drive to continuously explore, experiment, and improve.
— Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
— Understanding of how businesses operate and how technology drives value.
— Experience with rapid prototyping and modern tools (LLMs, AI copilots, no-code/low-code platforms, etc.).
