Head of Affiliates (iGaming)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate marketing within iGaming (Casino & Betting)
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs from scratch
• Deep understanding of affiliate networks, traffic sources, and partner ecosystems
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Income Access, Affilka, MyAffiliates, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid deal structures and negotiation
• Ability to work with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Experience managing a team of affiliate managers
• Understanding of SEO, media buying, and retention mechanics as they relate to affiliate traffic
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the affiliate program for a new Casino & Betting product from the ground up
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across key markets
• Negotiate and structure partnership deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize traffic quality and ROI
• Develop and implement the affiliate strategy aligned with overall product goals
• Manage and mentor the affiliate team
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with top-tier partners and networks
• Track market trends, competitor affiliate programs, and emerging opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align on campaigns, budgets, and payouts
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional regulations
