HR/PMO Administration Intern
Hello! We are looking for a HR & PMO Administration Intern to join our team, consulting company, CanSolveIt®.
Location: Poltava (required).
Remote, part‑time role with occasional office visits required only for specific tasks.
CanSolveIt® is a consulting company that provides services on change management and business process optimization. We work with leaders in the construction and energy industry internationally, primarily in the European and North American markets.
As an HR & PMO Administration Intern at CanSolveIt®, you will support daily administrative tasks, help maintain order in documentation, and collaborate closely with your mentor. This internship will give you practical experience with structure, deadlines, prioritization, and task coordination - skills that build a strong foundation for a future career in HR Administration, project management, or operations. You will also assist in supporting internal systems and contribute to organizing the company’s operational processes.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain Contacts list and Merchandise list
- Taking care of corporate gifts and merch
- Print/order/send/deliver marketing hand-outs
- Administrate filled out PC Checklists
- Assisting with Project Folder Management, helping to maintain clear structure and up‑to‑date documentation within project folders
- Conducting an inventory at the office
- Keep Job Descriptions up-to-date and signed
- Assisting with communication and sourcing reliable vendors for both goods and services
- Describe, format, and update timely all company’s procedures and policies
- Assisting in maintaining Employee Professional Development Plans, helping to keep them organized, structured, and regularly updated.
- Managing holidays, organizing them, creating a schedule for employees to spend these days
- Assisting in ensuring that employees have all essential tools, equipment, and supplies needed for their remote office environment.
- Maintain communication with company IT, accounting, or legal partners for admin questions
Requirements:
- Аnalytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Upper - Intermediate+)
- Attention to details
- Readiness to work with repetitive and monotonous tasks while maintaining accuracy, focus, and consistent quality
- Willingness to learn and work with licensed software tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint and Teams)
Recruiting Process:
- Screening interview with HR (1 hour)
- Interview with the CEO and Technical interview (1 hour)
Interview with Team (30-45 min)
