We are looking for a product marketing manager who can help shape not only how our products are marketed, but how they are positioned, experienced, and adopted.
The Role
We are looking for a strategic marketing manager who combines the thinking of a founder, brand strategist, product leader, and growth operator.
You will work directly with founders and influence:
- Product positioning
- Go-to-market strategy
- Brand creation
- Category design
- Product messaging
- User acquisition strategy
- Growth loops and retention strategy
- International expansion
What Youโll Own
Product Positioning
- Define and refine market positioning
- Develop category-creation strategies
- Build messaging frameworks for multiple markets
- Define customer segments, ICPs, and Jobs-To-Be-Done
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Design launch and expansion plans
- Define acquisition channels
- Develop market-entry strategies
- Create product-led growth initiatives
Brand Strategy
- Build brand foundations from the ground up
- Develop brand architecture and narratives
- Ensure consistency across product, marketing, and customer experience
Product & Growth Collaboration
- Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams
- Influence roadmap decisions through customer and market insights
- Design activation, retention, and referral mechanisms
- Establish growth experiments and measurement frameworks
Customer Understanding
- Conduct customer and market research
- Build feedback systems
- Translate insights into product and marketing decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years in product marketing, growth, brand strategy, product leadership, or related roles
- Proven experience launching products or entering new markets
- Strong understanding of product-led growth principles
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- Deep customer empathy and research skills
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Fluent English

- Experience with AI-driven products
- Experience scaling products internationally
