    🎯 About the Role

    We’re looking for an experienced, fluent English-speaking Affiliate Manager to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact between streamers and casino brands, managing deals, setting up campaigns, and driving new business.

     

    If you’re a strong communicator, have a deep understanding of iGaming affiliation, and know how to close deals, this is for you.

     

    💼 What You’ll Do

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers and affiliate partners
    • Communicate daily with streamers (Telegram) and the internal team (Microsoft Teams)
    • Manage affiliate campaigns using our in-house platform
    • Ensure compliance with iGaming marketing standards
    • Support partners with operational and performance-related needs
    • Proactively negotiate and close new deals
    • Attend a weekly strategy meeting with the CEO

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience in iGaming affiliation (casino, sportsbook, or similar)
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Experience working with streamers, influencer marketing, or affiliate networks is a strong plus
    • Self-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Comfortable managing your own time and working autonomously
    • Familiarity with compliance, responsible gaming, and regional regulations
    • Confident in using tools like Telegram, Teams, and CRM systems
