Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be:

• Communication with clients during the project.
• Regular syncs with the team regarding current progress.
• Managing deadlines and planning the team's workload.
• Maintaining an effective working environment: monitoring the level of team satisfaction, conducting 1:1 meetings, resolving work issues promptly, and providing feedback.
• Involve and coordinate external specialists to perform individual tasks on the project.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Your English level is Upper Intermediate+.
• You finished educational courses in project management, and you have an understanding of the best practices and methods.
• You easily cope with several tasks at the same time, while maintaining focus on the main priorities.
• Effective communication is your superpower.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Досліджувати конкурентів бізнесу та його аудиторію.
• Будувати візуальні стратегії, створювати дизайн-концепції та пакування, що вирішують бізнес-завдання бренду.
• Розроблятимеш кінцеву дизайн-систему бренду: від логотипа до бренд-гайдлайнів.
• Адаптуватимеш айдентику на різні носії та готуватимеш шаблони для клієнтської команди.
• Презентуватимеш свої рішення клієнтам разом з командою.

Ми шукаємо дизайнера, який:

• Має 1–3 роки досвіду розробки комплексної візуальної айдентики та прагне професійного росту.
• Пишається своїм портфоліо і може показати кейси бренд-айдентики (від концепції до гайдлайнів: дослідження → рішення → результат).
• Впевнено володіє Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop та InDesign.
• Поєднує креативність і уважність до деталей.
• Мислить системно: від концепції до масштабування на носії та команду клієнта.
• Вміє аргументувати власні рішення та сприймає фідбек як ресурс для росту.

Буде плюсом: досвід у пакуванні, ілюстрації, моушн або 3D.

Процес відбору

• Фінальна розмова з дизайн-директором.
