    What hard skills do you need to have:

    • Successful experience in media buying management and successful practical cases of media buying in the gambling vertical (FB or Google)
    • Experience in creating and effectively managing a team of media buyers.
    • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills in analyzing advertising campaigns/strategies/offers.
    • Hands-on experience in creating ads, banners, and wordpress; and understanding what works, what doesn't, and why.
    • Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, third-party services) to monitor and evaluate campaign results.

    • Strategic planning: Development of media buying strategies to drive traffic from Google, Facebook, and other platforms. Selection of optimal advertising formats (video, carousels, Google Search Ads) to achieve targeted performance.
    • Campaign management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. KPI analysis (CTR, conversions, CPA, CPC, etc.) and operational optimization (bids, audiences, creatives, targeting).
    • A/B testing and creatives: A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences to determine the most effective solutions.
    • Budget planning: Optimal budget allocation, cost control, and ensuring high ROI/ROAS based on test results.
    • Analytics and reporting: Using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics to analyze audience behavior and campaign profitability. Preparation of reports and recommendations for optimization.
    • Team management: Team coordination, task setting, quality control. Training the team in new tools and strategies to increase efficiency.

        Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular analysis of affiliate traffic to identify fraud across CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, and Fixed models using both internal and third-party analytics tools.
    • Analyze user behavior (FTD, retention, unusual patterns) to detect suspicious or incentivized traffic schemes.
    • Prepare and update affiliate offer terms and Insertion Orders (IO) with clear anti-fraud conditions.
    • Perform pre-checks of new affiliates and deal terms before campaign activation.
    • Approve or reject affiliate payouts based on traffic quality evaluation (final compliance check before payment execution).
    • Collaborate with affiliate managers to explain payout rejections and clarify reasons for non-payment.

         Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming or Betting as an Affiliate Analyst, Traffic Analyst, or Anti-Fraud Specialist.
    • Solid understanding of CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models and the fraud risks associated with each.
    • Proficiency in traffic analysis using tools like Google Sheets and Power BI (user-level).
    • Knowledge of common fraudulent patterns such as multi-accounting, bonus abuse, incentivized traffic, and geolocation manipulation.
    • Experience in drafting clear and contract-compliant IO (Insertion Order) terms for affiliates.
    • Strong attention to detail, high level of accountability, and ability to work with large datasets effectively.

    Role Mission: 

    We are looking for a strong Machine Learning Engineer who can build and improve ML models used in our product. Most of the tasks are related to computer vision and image processing. You will work on both common tasks like segmentation, detection, and classification, as well as more complex problems involving Diffusion Models, LLMs, VLMs, and other custom tasks without ready-made solutions.

    You should be able to work independently, move fast, and quickly test new ideas.

    What You Will Do

    • Build and improve ML models, mostly for computer vision tasks.
    • Handle the full ML process: collect and prepare data, train and test models, and improve them step by step.
    • Work on both standard and new types of problems.
    • Create fast prototypes and help turn successful ones into real products.
    • Work closely with other teams to bring your models into the product.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of real-world experience with ML, including at least 2 years in computer vision.
    • Good understanding of how to build ML systems from start to finish.
    • Hands-on experience with one or more of these: object detection, segmentation, img2img, generative networks.
    • Ability to read, understand, and implement ideas from cutting-edge research papers. You stay current with top conferences (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV) and can turn academic innovations into practical solutions.
