We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer with a strong background in team-based projects. This role involves agile development, code reviews, and product support within the Paysera ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PHP, open to working with Symfony, PHPUnit, and Docker, and have experience in the fintech domain.

Our client is is the first fintech company in Lithuania and an EU licensed e-money institution. We provide fast, convenient, and affordable financial services globally. Our services range from a payment gateway for e-shops, a finance management app, and money transfers worldwide.

Your key responsibilities:

• Work in a multi-functional, self-organising team based on Agile principles;
• Participate in the planning, design, implementation and support of Paysera products;
• Follow and contribute to development best-practices, give and receive code reviews on a daily basis;
• Constantly improve as a developer and a team member, and share knowledge with other team members;

• Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

   

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience working in a team of developers on complex, sophisticated projects;
• 5+ years of work experience as a developer;
• Strong understanding of modern PHP, design patterns, and readiness to work with other languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, and potentially GoLang;
• Experience working with Symfony framework, PHPUnit, Docker (would be an additional advantage as those are some of the technologies that we use daily);
• Fluency in English;
• Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
• We are considering candidates who are tax residents of Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, or Georgia, and have an officially registered sole proprietorship (Freelancer/Individual Entrepreneur) or company (e.g., LLC) in one of these countries.

For this position, we are looking for candidates who are officially registered as private entrepreneurs or own a legal entity in Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland, or Romania, as the collaboration will be based on a direct B2B contract.

We’re now scaling our automation efforts and looking for a skilled Automation Engineer who will play a key role in designing and developing solutions using AI and no-code tools.

Our mission is to eliminate manual routine work and simplify integrations across our core platforms: Salesforce (CRM), Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, and other widely used services.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain integrations using no-code platforms (e.g. n8n).
• Implement AI-powered solutions (using OpenAI and others) for document generation, text processing, and multilingual analysis.
• Set up and optimise data workflows: webhooks, JSON/XML parsing, Salesforce automation, Google Sheets, and Slack notifications.
• Monitor automation processes, resolve incidents promptly, and drive ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to identify new automation opportunities and bring them to life.
   

What We Expect

• 2+ years of experience working with no-code tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST, OAuth2, HTTP requests).
• Ability to write basic scripts (Python or JavaScript) for custom integrations.
• Experience with or strong interest in working with AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce API and Flow Builder.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Understanding of DevOps basics (e.g. monitoring, CI/CD).

3. Working with YouTube API and Financial Services: Integrating APIs to collect, process, and analyze financial data for YouTube creators.

4. Custom UI/UX Component Development for FinTech App: Developing adaptive and animated interfaces tailored to product requirements.

5. Navigation, Deep Linking, and SEO Optimization (for Web Version): Setting up proper navigation, deep linking, and optimizing the web version for SEO.
