Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations with a personalized approach, ensuring a high level of professionalism and the ability to navigate complex discussions effectively to align with client needs and objectives.
• Effectively involving the right people - technical experts, project managers, or other key participants into the sales process to ensure not only the successful closing of the deal, but also meeting the true needs of the client and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Manage and optimize sales campaigns, leveraging analytics to identify improvement areas, refine sequencing strategies, and enhance overall campaign execution to drive higher conversion and engagement rates.
• Collaborate with SDRs, lead generation and marketing teams to provide constructive feedback to improve and increase the effectiveness of the sales process at all stages
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies based on a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and internal capabilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales manager or a similar role (SDR, BDR, Presale manager ect.) in IT outsourcing firms
• Confident work experience primarily with large large companies and enterprises
• Strong understanding of outreach, lead qualification, and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and quickly grasp technical concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC and technical sales workflows.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling pre-sales materials.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
• English proficiency at an advanced level (written and spoken).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the Web Scraping field;
• Experience in companies with over 500 employees
• Familiarity with pre-sales processes and creating technical presentations.

Вимоги: 

• Студенти 4-5 курсів університетів за профільними спеціальностями (прикладна математика, інформатика, комп’ютерні науки тощо ) 
• Випускники профільних IT курсів, що вже мають не профільну вищу освіту 
• Mолоді спеціалісти з комерційним досвідом до 6 міс у сфері, що не пов’язана зі збором даних
• Успішне завершення опитування анкетою VideoAsk, що включає загальні та технічні питання 
• Базові знання Python 3.8+ (3.11+), принципів ООП та їх реалізації в Python
• Базові знання роботи з реляційними базами даних (MySQL або PostgreSQL), зокрема:
  • створення та модифікація структур даних, виконання запитів на вибірку та зміну даних (DDL, DQL, DML)
  • розуміння нормалізації, денормалізації та принципів з'єднання таблиць (JOIN)
• Готовність досліджувати нові технології, аналізувати документацію та знаходити оптимальні рішення через відкриті джерела

Умови: 

• Тривалість 5 тижнів 
• Кращі випускники програми можуть бути запрошені до команди для подальшої співпраці на комерційній основі, та отримати разовий грант у розмірі 10000 UAH на початку співпраці
• В процесі проходження інтернатури використовуються інструменти для фіксації часу витраченого на реалізацію завдань. Навантаження передбачає від кандидата можливість приділяти від 20 годин в рамках календарного тижня
• Обов'язкова присутність на семінарах. Семінари призначаються з пн по пт в проміжку з 9 до 17 відповідно до розрахункової тривалості окремого семінару
• Завдання вважається “зарахованим” за умови, якщо виконано не менше 80% вимог 
• Успішне завершення усіх завдань надає можливість бути запрошеним до компанії, але не гарантує

• Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work commercial experience;
• Strong experience with PHP working in a team of developers on complex, sophisticated project or other programming languages (we're still looking for a PHP developer, but it's ok if you're willing to switch from Java, C# or any other language);
• Experience working with Symfony framework, PHPUnit, Docker (would be an additional advantage as those are some of the technologies that we use daily);
• Good knowledge of HTTP protocol and RESTful API design principles 
• Ability to solve complexity with OOP and SOLID principles
• Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
• А mindset of always combining your code with unit or functional tests, experience in writing unit tests and application code that could be easily tested 

• Fluency in English;
