Head of HR/Talent Acquisition - Highly Ambitious Startup - Not your average position
Full Remote Β· Worldwide Β· 3 years of experience Β· Advanced/Fluent(Not Your Average HR Position) MISSION STATEMENT We're not just building a company; we're disrupting a $50B industry dominated by financial giants. MISSION STATEMENT
We're not just building a company; we're disrupting a $50B industry dominated by financial giants. As our Talent Acquisition Strategist, you'll be the architect of our most powerful asset: our talent density. You won't be processing paperwork or planning office parties. You'll be assembling and maintaining the elite force of A-players that will revolutionize an industry.
CRITICAL OBJECTIVE
Create and maintain the highest possible concentration of exceptional talent by strategically recruiting, developing, and retaining only unorthodox athletes who embody our intense performance culture. Your success will be measured by the caliber of people who join and stay, not by HR processes implemented.
THE UNORTHODOX ATHLETE WE NEED
You're not a traditional HR professional. You're a talent scout with the mindset of an elite sports recruiter. You believe conventional hiring wisdom is fundamentally broken. You understand that A-players hire A-players, while B-players hire C-players. You have an uncanny ability to spot extraordinary potential where others see only unconventional backgrounds.
You thrive in dynamic environments, make decisions with incomplete information, and believe that talent density is the ultimate competitive advantage. You're comfortable delivering uncomfortable truths and making tough calls that others wouldn't have the courage to make.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
β’ Design and execute unconventional talent acquisition strategies that attract A-players while repelling those seeking 9-to-5 comfort
β’ Implement our "Keeper Test" across the organization, ensuring we fight to keep only those who truly elevate our performance
β’ Create development pathways that challenge exceptional people to become even better
β’ Build compensation structures that reward extraordinary performance and drive
β’ Establish a culture of radical accountability and continuous feedback
β’ Eliminate bureaucracy and processes that slow us down or dilute our talent density
THE ANTI-RESUME
What we don't care about:
β’ Years of HR experience or certifications
β’ Whether you followed a traditional career path
β’ If you've worked at prestigious companies
β’ Your knowledge of conventional HR best practices
What we actually value:
β’ Your track record of identifying and recruiting exceptional talent
β’ Evidence that you've made tough people decisions that others avoided
β’ Your ability to think contrarian about talent and culture
β’ How you've created environments where A-players thrive
β’ Your own entrepreneurial drive and determination
OUR STANDARD
You understand this isn't a 9-to-5 role. You move with urgency that makes competitors take notice. You find solutions while others are still defining the problem. You believe in context, not control. You're comfortable with ambiguity and see it as an opportunity. You prioritize ruthlessly, focusing only on what truly matters.
THE KEEPER TEST
We would fight to keep you if:
β’ You consistently identify and attract talent that others can't access
β’ You've created a talent acquisition system that outperforms our competitors
β’ You've built a culture where exceptional people push each other to new heights
β’ You've demonstrated the courage to make tough calls that preserve our talent density
β’ Your contrarian thinking has given us an edge in the talent market
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is not a role for those seeking traditional HR career progression. We're building a revolutionary company, and we expect extraordinary commitment. If you're looking for a 9-5, this position isn't for you. If you're still interested, prepare to join a team of A-players who are changing the rules of the game.

___
(Senior Developer - Laravel, PHP)MISSION STATEMENT
We're not just building software; we're creating solutions to disrupt a $50B industry dominated by financial giants. As our Technical Architecture Visionary, you'll design and forge the technological foundation that gives our elite team the capability to outmaneuver and outperform slow-moving incumbents. Your code isn't just functionalβit's revolutionary and industry-changing.
CRITICAL OBJECTIVE
Build and deploy innovative technology solutions that enable us to move with 10x the speed and effectiveness of our competitors. Your success will be measured by how quickly we can deploy new features, how effectively our technology scales, and how thoroughly our solutions disrupt established playersβnot by adherence to conventional development methodologies or perfect code.
THE UNORTHODOX ATHLETE WE NEED
You're not a typical senior developer who waits for specifications and implements them. You're a technical visionary who thinks like a founder and acts like an owner. You see possibilities where others see limitations. You believe most development teams move too slowly because they're paralyzed by process, perfectionism, and fear of making mistakes.
You have mastered Laravel and PHP not because you followed a traditional learning path, but because you're obsessed with building things that work and create value. You make decisions quickly with incomplete information and believe that shipping fast and iterating is better than analysis paralysis. You're comfortable with ambiguity and see it as the natural environment for innovation and competitive advantage.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
β’ Architect and build our core technology platforms that power our suite of financial products
β’ Develop AI-based optimization engines and discount club functionality
β’ Create scalable systems that can handle explosive growth to hundreds of merchants
β’ Implement solutions in days that would take competitors weeks or months
β’ Build technology that gives us a significant advantage in the marketplace
β’ Lead technical decisions with minimal oversight and maximum accountability
β’ Establish a technical culture of speed, innovation, and pragmatic excellence
THE ANTI-RESUME
What we don't care about:
β’ Your computer science degree or formal education
β’ Whether you've worked at FAANG companies
β’ Your knowledge of every design pattern
β’ If you follow conventional development methodologies
β’ How many years you've been coding
β’ Your perfect GitHub contribution graph
β’ Whether your code follows every best practice
What we actually value:
β’ Your track record of shipping products that actually work and make an impact
β’ Evidence that you've built solutions others thought impossible
β’ Your ability to learn new technologies rapidly when needed
β’ How you've made technical decisions that gave businesses a competitive edge
β’ Your history of taking ownership beyond your job description
β’ Times you've broken rules to deliver extraordinary results
β’ Your obsession with solving real problems, not technical puzzles
OUR STANDARD
You understand this isn't a 9-to-5 role. You execute with precision and follow through until completion, no matter what. You find creative solutions to problems that seem insurmountable. You believe in making the impossible possible through determination and ingenuity. You're comfortable with minimal documentation and maximum action. You're obsessed with results and impact, not process or perfection.
THE KEEPER TEST
We would fight to keep you if:
β’ You consistently deliver technical solutions faster than anyone thought possible
β’ You've built systems that scale beyond initial expectations
β’ You've demonstrated the ability to make tough technical decisions independently
β’ Your code gives us a competitive advantage in the marketplace
β’ Your contrarian technical thinking has opened new opportunities
β’ You've found ways to achieve 10x more with the same resources
β’ You've consistently challenged and improved our technical approach
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is not a role for developers seeking predictable sprint cycles or work-life balance. We're building technology to disrupt an industry, and we expect extraordinary commitment. If you're looking for a 9-5 coding job, this position isn't for you. If you're still interested, prepare to join a team of A-players who are changing the rules of the game.

Snoika is the results-driven AI Marketing Engine that guarantees 5+ qualified inbound leads per week for B2B companies while making them visible in both AI and traditional search engines. Our platform fuses cutting-edge knowledge-graph analytics, large-language-model (LLM) optimization and high-quality content pipelines to out-rank expensive legacy SEO and GEO agencies at a fraction of the cost.
Why you'll love this role
As one of the first Data Scientists in our growing Data Science Guild, you'll sit at the heart of Snoika's product - building and shipping the models and agents that:
- Scan LLM memory for gaps in brand knowledge (Knowledge-Graph Gap Scan).
- Inject fresh structured signals (schema, Wikidata, press citations) into AI ecosystems at scale.
- Score synthetic Q&A prompts weekly to measure Share-of-Voice.
- Optimize a reinforcement loop that drives > 90% visibility for our customers in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and more.
- Generate high quality articles with images at scale.
Every sprint you'll see your work go live, creating measurable uplifts in traffic, leads and revenue for venture-backed SaaS brands, fintechs, deep-tech companies and Fortune 2000 enterprises.
What you'll do
- Design, build , and deploy end-to-end agentic pipelines using n8n, Python, Hugging Face plus LangChain for chain orchestration and LangSmith for debugging, testing, and live observability of LLM flows.
- Develop production-grade RAG systems with LangChain's retrieval templates and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) to surface knowledge gaps and optimize keyword coverage.
- Run systematic prompt-engineering experiments βA/B tests on instructions, system messages, and few-shot examplesβto maximize precision/recall and minimize hallucination.
- Deploy agentic frameworks (eg, LangChain Agents, autonomous task loops) that automate Knowledge-Graph Gap Scans, content generation with images, and weekly Share-of-Voice scoring.
- Integrate Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP) so Claude, GPT, and Gemini can pull fresh structured data (schema.org, Wikidata, press citations) from secure endpoints.
- Architect scalable data workflows on modern cloud stacks (eg n8n, GCP/AWS, BigQuery, DuckDB, Polars, Spark).
- Partner closely with Product, Growth and Engineering in one-week Scrum sprints; demo results to the team and customers and iterate fast.
- Track and own model KPIs such as precision/recall of entity extraction, share-of-voice uplift, and lead-conversion impact.
- Contribute to our results-based culture: "If we don't hit the KPIs, we extend services at no cost - until we do."
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML engineering or data science
- Fluency in Python or NodeJS plus modern LLM tooling: LangChain / LangSmith, prompt-engineering, major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini); experience fine-tuning or deploying models is a big plus.
- Know-how with vector embeddings and search (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) and solid data-engineering chops: SQL, data modeling, orchestration (Airflow, n8n, Prefect, dbt).
- Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum environment, shipping to production every sprint.
- Familiarity with RAG workflows, marketing analytics, SEO / GEO / AIVO, ranking or recommender systems is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Text-to-Image models is a big plus.
- Startup DNA: you bias to action, navigate ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
- Good spoken English; any other language is a bonus.
What we offer
- Impact from day one - your models directly drive our customers' leads and revenue.
- Competitive salary and opportunity for career growth.
- Senior peers & advisors - work alongside PhDs who've worked with NASA, Google, Microsoft, Bosch and more.
- Fast growth - startup scaling revenue and product lines quarter-over-quarter.
- Remote autonomy & flexible hours - we care about output, not chair time.
If you're excited to push the boundaries of AI Search Engine Visibility and Optimization, and want to help shape the future of marketing technology, we want to hear from you!
