Responsibilities
• Lead Sourcing & Validation: Collect and validate leads from various databases to ensure high-quality outreach.
• Cold Emailing Setup & Execution:
• Write high-converting email scripts tailored to different audiences.
• Set up and optimize a cold emailing environment (domain warm-up, email deliverability, sender reputation management).
• Implement and manage automation tools for efficient outreach.
• Follow-ups & Meetings:
• Track and follow up with leads systematically.
• Set up and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Hypothesis Building & Testing:
• Experiment with different outreach strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Analyze data to refine messaging and targeting.
• CRM Management:
• Keep lead data up to date in the CRM.
• Monitor and improve conversion rates through structured lead management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in cold emailing and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices.
• Experience with lead databases, email automation tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Reply.io, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.).
• Ability to write engaging email scripts and test different approaches.
• Analytical mindset with a test-and-iterate approach to lead generation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Nice to Have
• Experience in B2B sales or working with tech, fintech, or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis.
