We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a passion for large language models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI research. In this role, you will design and prototype data preparation pipelines, collaborating closely with data engineers to transform your prototypes into scalable production pipelines, design and implement a state-of-the-art evaluation and benchmarking framework to measure and guide model quality, and do end-to-end LLMs training. You will work alongside top AI researchers and engineers, ensuring our models are not only powerful but also aligned with user needs, cultural context, and ethical standards.

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and validate data preparation and transformation steps for LLM training datasets, including cleaning and normalization of text, filtering of toxic content, de-duplication, de-noising, detection and deletion of personal data, etc.
• Form specific SFT/RLHF datasets from existing data, including data augmentation/labeling with LLM as teacher.
• Develop heuristics, filtering rules, adversarial examples, and synthetic data generation methods to maximize model robustness and data effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and upload product content (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, videos, FAQs) into CMS / e-commerce platforms and keep catalogs consistent.
• Write conversion-focused copy for landing pages, product pages and funnels (headlines, benefits, FAQs, guarantees, CTAs) with the assistance of AI 
• Turn product features into clear, sales-focused, conversion-optimized messaging.
• Draft simple wireframes / content layouts for landing pages and product descriptions that designers turn into final visuals.
• Write short, punchy copy for product listing images and infographics, and define the visual story across 5–8 images in line with platform best practices.
• Coordinate localization and translations for multiple GEOs
• Work with AI tools throughout the process (research, drafting, optimization, localization, testing) to improve speed, consistency and overall efficiency.
• Use basic image editing/design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar) to edit simple product listing images and infographics. Big plus: good design eye and the ability to create effective product images from scratch.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working as a content manager / copywriter focused on sales.
• Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for collaborating on layouts and visual structures.
