RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage podcast operations and calendar: Plan and maintain a rolling 3-month publishing schedule in Confluence. Ensure consistent output and forward visibility.
• Coordinate full-cycle episode delivery: Oversee all stages of production (prep, record, edit, publish) using Jira and shared workflows. Keep the team aligned and timelines intact.
• Lead editorial and guest preparation: Select high-fit guests, suggest aligned topics, and prepare all materials pre-recording.
• Negotiate strategic collaborations: Secure co-promotion or media partnerships with high-profile guests, negotiate fees where applicable. Maximise podcast reach and ROI.
• Manage editing and vendor relations: Brief editors clearly, monitor review cycles, and ensure final content meets standards. Maintain quality and avoid bottlenecks.
• Update and maintain podcast hub on the website: Ensure each episode is live with audio, YouTube embed, summary, guest info, and CTA.
• Amplify content across channels: Brief content writers and designers, extract key snippets, and coordinate visuals. Extend the life and value of each episode.
• Track performance and drive improvements: Monitor analytics, gather listener feedback, benchmark competitors, and propose format changes. Ensure the podcast stays relevant and valuable.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst with pre-sale engagements to play a dual role in our organization—supporting client acquisition efforts during the pre-sales phase and ensuring project success through comprehensive business analysis during delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery processes to uncover client pain points, business needs, and end-user requirements.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform solution design and validate demand.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and Tech teams to align early-stage concepts with feasible technical solutions.
• Define digital solutions, formulate product vision, and break down scope into actionable deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (SRS, user stories, diagrams, DoD, etc.).
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital product development as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with pre-sales activities or early-stage client engagement is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in business communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Comfortable leading initiatives independently and working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Experience with product discovery, user research, and delivery from concept to launch.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement information security policies and protection procedures.
• Perform risk assessments, security audits, and threat analysis.

• Implement and maintain security tools such as SIEM, DLP, WAF and others.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into development workflows (Secure SDLC, code reviews).
