Responsibilities:
- Employee data management (completing employee profiles, updates if needed)
- Collecting employee-related data (auditing existing, adding newcomers’ data)
- Manage full cycle employment process for international colleagues (in cooperation with EoR, official employment for branches, b2b contracts)
- Control documentation during the full employee life cycle (onboarding, transfer, offboarding etc)
- Cooperation with payroll team within payments preparation processes

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role

We are looking for a Bonus & Promo Executive to join our growing product team!
If you’re detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy working with bonus mechanics, promotions, and in-game events — this role is your chance to become part of a dynamic iGaming environment.
You’ll be responsible for the setup and monitoring of bonus campaigns, promotions, and tournaments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
🛠️ Responsibilities
1. Bonus Management
Create and configure bonuses in the platform according to the approved plan.
Set up mechanics, validity periods, and activation conditions.
Coordinate promotional materials (banners, texts) with design and content teams.
Maintain and regularly update the database of active and archived bonuses (Google Sheets).
Control the accuracy of accruals and display in the user interface.
2. Promo Campaigns & Tournaments
Set up promotional events, tournaments, and special in-game activities in the CMS.
Configure timing, rules, rewards, and conditions of participation.
Monitor display accuracy and campaign performance.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
Communicate with copywriters, designers, and product teams.
Set clear tasks, control deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
✅ Requirements
6+ months of experience working with bonuses or promotions in iGaming or related industries.
Basic understanding of bonus mechanics and promotional logic.
Attention to detail and accuracy in routine tasks.
