You’ll be responsible for designing and scaling the entire ML stack –from research to production – driving innovation across NLP, CV, and multimodal pipelines. 

We work primarily with open-source models deployed locally (not on managed cloud platforms), so you should be comfortable running, profiling, and optimizing everything on-premise.

What You Will Do

• Run and serve models locally using vLLM, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, or OpenVINO — ensuring efficient inference on our own GPU servers.
• Select, fine-tune, and optimize transformer models (LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, DeepSeek, Gemma, etc.) for specific domains and modalities.
• Develop scalable data pipelines for model training and evaluation: annotation, augmentation, class balancing, and dataset curation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on reliable message passing (Kafka / RabbitMQ / MCP) and real-time data flow.
• Set up observability for models and infrastructure: metrics (Prometheus), dashboards (Grafana), logging (ELK Stack).

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Annotator to prepare the foundational data for our ML models. Your meticulous work will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the datasets that will power this transformative change.

Initially, you will focus on preparing data related to our highest-volume staples (one linear and one circular design). Your responsibilities will directly contribute to building a production-ready analytical solution that will revolutionize testing and quality assurance for surgical devices.

Your responsibilities will include

- Prepare datasets for training machine learning models that automatically detect information on medical device images.

- Close work with a client team with planning work load, results demonstration and requirements clarification;

- Analyze defects and problems in current algorithms based on video output;

- Raise a flag when any defect occurs, verify if test sets are have acceptable output;

- Quality Assurance: Follow strict medical annotation protocols provided by supervising doctors.

- Collaboration: Work closely with medical experts, AI engineers, and fellow annotators in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Contribution: You will be the essential link between raw engineering data and the machine learning models that will automate and accelerate our product validation process.

Department/Project Description

We are launching a critical initiative to integrate advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into the product development and validation process for high-volume surgical staples.

This project aims to solve current process inefficiencies—specifically, long analysis wait times (up to 4 weeks per test) and high vendor costs—by bringing analytical capabilities in-house and automating the validation of millions of staples annually. This will lead to faster product development and significant cost savings.

• Project Description:

  Building a risk applications and tools for innovative international top-tier hedge fund from the ground up, comprising the systems for traders, pre-trade checks and analysis, risks and limits management, reports of trading activities, FIX connectivity, market data providers connectivity (e.g. Bloomberg B-pipe), etc

   

• Responsibilities:

  The Team is focused on the development and maintenance of various applications. The successful candidate will have considerable and proven experience in Python, a good working knowledge of end-user and server-side data processing techniques, a good understanding of SDLC and agile development methodologies.

   

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  - Strong understanding of data quality principles
  - 5+ years of experience working with Python
  - Proven experience in designing and developing data models using industry best practices
  - Experience in using code management and CI/CD tools such as Github, Azure Devops, Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
  - Good understanding and demonstrated experience working with Power Query (M query language) and DAX.
  - Extensive experience designing and developing reports and performance metrics from complex and disparate platforms
