We are seeking a Recruitment/HR Coordinator for our partner, an international IT consulting organization operating across Europe and North America. This position plays a vital role in coordinating and supporting recruitment activities across multiple regions.

Working remotely from Ukraine, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle — from job postings and candidate communication to interview coordination and onboarding logistics.

You’ll work closely with the People and Culture (HR) team and regional leadership to help strengthen our partner’s growing global organization.
A key requirement for this role is the flexibility to ensure effective collaboration with our North American teams. This will require an overlap with US Eastern business hours, specifically the availability to work until 8:00 PM Ukraine time on scheduled days as needed. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing calendars and ensuring effective communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Post job openings on the company website, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate professionally with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
• Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and deliver weekly recruitment progress reports to senior leadership and the People and Culture team.

Administrative and Coordination Support

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with recruitment and HR procedures.
• Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and prepare summary reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

HR Assistance

• Support internal communication and engagement initiatives for remote employees.
• Contribute to HR-related projects and programs initiated by the People and Culture team.

Qualifications

Required

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher — able to communicate effectively with US-based management and international colleagues.
• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• Experience: 1−2 years in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT, technology consulting, or a similar technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Location

This is a remote, full-time position based in Ukraine, with daily collaboration across international teams in Europe and North America. To facilitate close collaboration with US-based leadership and hiring managers, the successful candidate must be available to work until 8:00 PM Ukraine time on scheduled days. 

Compensation

The base pay will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

We're looking for Lead Generation Specialist!

Requirements:

• Experience at least 2 years of lead generation (LinkedIn);
• Experience with lead generation outside of LinkedIn;
• Experience with LinkedHelper, We-Connect, Clay, AiSDR and other automation tools;
• Experience with UK as well as other English speaking markets;
• Experience in creation of cover letters, follow-ups, emails;
• General understanding of IT business and technologies;
• Creative approach and ability to find new sources of lead generation;

Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound prospecting across LinkedIn (manual and automated outreach), cold email campaigns, and multichannel.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other automation tools to identify, segment, engage, and enrich target accounts.
• Build and run outreach sequences (connection requests, follow-ups, cadences, messaging) aligned with the solution-sales positioning defined by CSO.
• Book qualified intro calls meetings directly into CSO’s calendar.
• Manage inboxes (LinkedIn & email): monitor replies, flag priority responses, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Build and maintain the swipe files.
• Collaborate with Marketing on target lists, campaign alignment, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate data entry and tracking in Zoho CRM, ensuring visibility of pipeline progress.
• Join short daily/weekly syncs with CSO to align on outreach priorities, feedback, and timely resolve blockers.

We are supporting our international partner in strengthening their accounting team to work with Ukrainian business clients.

This is not an entry-level position and not limited to primary documentation.

We are looking for an experienced specialist who can confidently manage a full accounting cycle, work with taxes, VAT, FX transactions, and operate effectively in an outsourcing setup with multiple clients.

This role will suit you if:

• You have 3+ years of practical experience in accounting.
• You have worked in an outsourcing or consulting environment, or managed several legal entities simultaneously.
• You feel confident navigating Ukrainian accounting standards and tax rules.
• You are able to handle the entire workflow — from primary documents to complete financial reporting.
• You communicate comfortably in English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level.

Key Responsibilities

You will deliver full-cycle accounting support for Ukrainian clients within an international corporate structure.

Accounting responsibilities include:

• Managing fixed assets: acquisition, capitalization, improvements, depreciation, write-off, and sale.
• Inventory and stock accounting.
• Cash flow operations: bank transactions, cash, loans, deposits.
• Production accounting and cost calculations.
• Handling settlements and reconciliations.
• Monitoring revenue and expenses.
• Accounting for sales and service operations.

Taxes & Reporting:

• Payroll accounting and personal income tax.
• VAT: tax credit, liabilities, invoice registration, VAT declarations.
• Corporate income tax and tax differences.
• Foreign currency transactions and cross-border operations.
• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Preparing financial statements and internal management reports.
