Senior Manual QA $$ Offline

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA to work on several internal company products — mobile applications, web interfaces, and other services developed within the team. The role requires deep expertise in testing iOS/Android applications, attention to UX and mobile flow stability, as well as confident testing of web applications and systematic work with the company's QA processes.

This is a versatile position where the main workload is on internal products (mobile + web), but some of the tasks are related to testing one of our key social mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing of mobile applications (iOS and Android) and the company's web platforms.
• Checking the UX and logic of key flows — onboarding, authorization, profiles, media, notifications, transitions between screens.
• Analyzing the clarity of flows from the user's point of view, identifying friction points and user loss points.
• Testing functionalities: login/logout, refresh tokens, photo uploads, compression, push notifications, badges, messaging.
• Testing in different network conditions (3G/4G/unstable Wi-Fi), VPN, and different device models.
• Reproducing complex scenarios, searching for edge cases, recording crash logs.
• Testing new features of the company's internal products (web & mobile), checking the UI against mockups, API testing.
• Supporting QA documentation: test cases, bug reports, checklists, QA reports.
• Regression testing before releases, participation in planning and release ceremonies.
• Close cooperation with developers, designers, and management — establishing transparent communication regarding product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual QA with a strong focus on mobile + web.
• Extensive experience in testing mobile applications, preferably social ones (similar to Instagram/Tinder, messengers, community platforms).
• Well-developed UX thinking: ability to evaluate flow logic and suggest improvements.
• Experience testing on real iOS and Android devices, including multiple generations.
• Working with Charles/Proxyman, Network Link Conditioner, screen recording, crash logs.
• Ability to create structured bug reports and video reports.
• Experience testing web applications: UI, responsiveness, API (Postman or other tools).
• Confident communication, independence, responsibility, attention to detail.
• Ability to find non-standard scenarios, “break” the application, and reproduce complex errors.
• Experience in automation will be a significant advantage.
