We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and results-driven Head of Sales to accelerate revenue growth, scale B2B pipelines, and shape a high-performing sales organisation. π₯ What youβll own
- Leading, hiring & mentoring a high-performance Sales team
- Driving a strong sales culture and revenue growth strategy
- Managing full sales lifecycle β cold outreach β negotiation β closing
- Direct involvement in sales & business development (we value hands-on leaders)
- Defining and monitoring KPIs/OKRs for sustainable growth
- Working closely with Marketing, Product, Risk & Account Management teams
- Partner network development and new business expansion
- Staying ahead of FinTech trends and market opportunities
π― What we expect
- 3+ years in Sales Leadership roles with proven results
- Solid track record in B2B sales from lead generation to deal closure
- Experience in FinTech/EMI/PSP is highly valued
- Strong analytical, strategic planning & negotiation abilities
- Advanced English (C1) + Ukrainian or Russian
- KPI-driven mindset, proactive ownership & problem-solving attitude
