  • Leading, hiring & mentoring a high-performance Sales team
  • Driving a strong sales culture and revenue growth strategy
  • Managing full sales lifecycle β€” cold outreach β†’ negotiation β†’ closing
  • Direct involvement in sales & business development (we value hands-on leaders)
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs/OKRs for sustainable growth
  • Working closely with Marketing, Product, Risk & Account Management teams
  • Partner network development and new business expansion
  • Staying ahead of FinTech trends and market opportunities

🎯 What we expect

  • 3+ years in Sales Leadership roles with proven results
  • Solid track record in B2B sales from lead generation to deal closure
  • Experience in FinTech/EMI/PSP is highly valued
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning & negotiation abilities
  • Advanced English (C1) + Ukrainian or Russian
  • KPI-driven mindset, proactive ownership & problem-solving attitude
