Lead Generation Specialist $$ Offline

We're looking for Lead Generation Specialist!

 

Requirements:

  • Experience at least 2 years of lead generation (LinkedIn);
  • Experience with lead generation outside of LinkedIn;
  • Experience with LinkedHelper, We-Connect, Clay, AiSDR and other automation tools;
  • Experience with UK as well as other English speaking markets;
  • Experience in creation of cover letters, follow-ups, emails;
  • General understanding of IT business and technologies;
  • Creative approach and ability to find new sources of lead generation;
  • Superior oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative;
  • Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently;
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Ability to work with a big amount of data;
  • Intermediate+ level of English.

 

Will be a big plus:

  • Ability to automate certain processes with tools like n8n.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting across LinkedIn (manual and automated outreach), cold email campaigns, and multichannel.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other automation tools to identify, segment, engage, and enrich target accounts.
  • Build and run outreach sequences (connection requests, follow-ups, cadences, messaging) aligned with the solution-sales positioning defined by CSO.
  • Book qualified intro calls meetings directly into CSO’s calendar.
  • Manage inboxes (LinkedIn & email): monitor replies, flag priority responses, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Build and maintain the swipe files.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on target lists, campaign alignment, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and tracking in Zoho CRM, ensuring visibility of pipeline progress.
  • Join short daily/weekly syncs with CSO to align on outreach priorities, feedback, and timely resolve blockers.
