The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Content Editor who is equal parts editor and creator. You'll turn briefs and raw footage, think founder-led videos, recipe/product demos, and brand shoots, into polished, scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. But just as important: you live on TikTok, you know what's trending before it peaks, and you bring us your own ideas rather than waiting for a brief. Half the job is the cut, the other half is knowing what to cut in the first place.

What You'll Do

Content ideation & strategy

• Come up with original short-form content ideas and concepts for each brand, proactively, not just in response to a brief
• Track TikTok/Reels/Pinterest trends, sounds, formats, and challenges daily, and pitch which ones are worth pursuing for each brand
• Translate trending formats into ideas that fit each brand's voice, rather than posting generic templates
• Help shape the content calendar by bringing ideas to the table, not just filling slots handed to you

Editing

• Assemble short-form videos from creative briefs and existing footage (founder content, recipe/product videos, brand shoots, raw B-roll)
• Edit and format content natively for each platform: Reels, TikTok, Pinterest Idea Pins/static, YouTube Shorts (aspect ratios, pacing, captions, hooks)
• Add captions, sound, text overlays, and basic motion graphics to match each brand's style

Cross-brand execution

• Maintain a consistent posting cadence across all three brands and four platforms
• Work closely with the founders and team to source raw footage (recipe shoots, behind-the-scenes, founder talking-head content) and turn it into finished content
• Monitor content performance and use what's working (and what isn't) to inform your next round of ideas

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio of short-form video work you can share, ideally including pieces where you drove the concept, not just the edit
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
• Genuine, current fluency in TikTok/Reels culture, trends, and formats, not just editing skill in a vacuum
• A habit of generating content ideas, not just responding to briefs
• Comfortable working from messy raw footage + a loose brief to a finished, on-brand video Able to adapt tone/style across multiple brands without them blurring together
• Bonus: Pinterest content experience, basic motion graphics/design skills, caption/copywriting instincts, food/recipe content experience

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior+ Social Media Manager for the Seranova brand.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role: social strategy is owned by the Brand Strategist — you're the person who lives inside the apps, speaks the language of the platforms, and turns strategy into real posts, stories, and activations that go out on time and error-free.

Шукаємо SMM-менеджера, який візьме на себе весь напрямок соцмереж: від стратегії до зйомок, монтажу й аналітики.

Формат: віддалено, full-time. Для зйомок контенту та подкасту потрібно періодично бути в офісі, тому шукаємо кандидата з Києва або Луцька.

Ваші основні задачі

Стратегія та контент

• SMM-стратегія: позиціювання, Tone of Voice, рубрикатор
• Контент-план і календар публікацій
• Сценарії для рілсів на юридичну тематику

Продакшн

• Зйомка (або допомога в зйомках) роликів в офісі
• Монтаж повноцінних рілсів
• Допомога у зйомках подкасту

Ведення сторінок

• Instagram (пости, сторіс, хайлайти), Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Оформлення сторінок за брендбуком

Ком'юніті та аналітика

• Публікація відгуків у сторіс, координація direct-менеджера
• Звіти по охопленню, переглядах, приросту підписників; аналіз що заходить / що ні
• Моніторинг конкурентів (Мережа права, Dopomoga24, Відсіч)

Інше

• Координація з юристами для фактологічної точності

Що для нас важливо

• Стратегія та канали:
  • Досвід побудови social media strategy для міжнародного бренду;
  • Досвід одночасного ведення кількох social channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Community/Shorts;
  • Досвід ведення соцмереж для tech, SaaS, app, software, consumer product, B2C product або іншого складного продукту;
  • Чітке розуміння ролі кожного каналу (де будується trust, де community, де product updates, де social discovery, де SEO/discoverability);
  • Англійська — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced;
  • Досвід створення контент-календаря.
     
• Копірайтинг та контент:
  • Сильний англомовний copywriting;
  • Вміння писати пости, captions, hooks, briefs, коментарі, product updates, thought leadership posts;
  • Базове розуміння short-form video як формату (hooks, структура, pacing, CTA, обкладки, адаптація під TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts);
  • Вміння ставити задачі video/design/content команді.
     
• Community, Social SEO та аналітика:
  • Розуміння community management (відповіді на коментарі, модерація, робота з негативом, залучення аудиторії);
  • Розуміння social SEO (keywords, captions, titles, hashtags, descriptions, on-platform search, Google visibility).
     

Буде плюсом:

• Володіння аналітикою social channels (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, X Analytics; basic GA/GSC буде плюсом).
   

Детальніше про задачі:

• Провести аудит поточних соцмереж CleverFiles / Disk Drill;
• Визначити роль кожного каналу: LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok;
• Побудувати social media & community strategy;
• Розвивати LinkedIn як канал бренду, довіри, експертності та company/product updates;
• Розібратися, яку бізнес-роль мають виконувати Facebook і X, і запропонувати для них реалістичну контент-стратегію;
• Розвивати Reddit компанії;
• Працювати з TikTok та Instagram як з каналами video-based promotion;
• Готувати або делегувати briefs для video/design команди (не бути video editor, але вміти сформувати ідею, hook, структуру, текст, платформу, CTA, обкладку, caption, keywords);
• Переупаковувати існуючий контент компанії: YouTube-відео, блоги, release notes, support insights, user cases, продуктові новини;
• Реалізовувати інші ідеї самого спеціаліста.
