SMM Manager (YouTube, TikTok)

Are you passionate about creating impactful content and growing online communities? We’re looking for an experienced SMM Manager to take charge of our presence on YouTube, TikTok, and help us engage a global audience with fresh, creative, and visually stunning content.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with YouTube, TikTok
• Proven track record in creating English-language content
• Strong understanding of content trends and platform algorithms
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
• Experience in community management
• Organizational skills for handling collaborations and partnerships

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and Reels
• Manage and oversee the video creation process, from idea to publication
• Create and adapt content in English for international audiences
• Lead community management: engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow our audience
• Monitor social media trends and optimize content accordingly
• Organize and manage partnerships: research, outreach, communication
• Work closely with designers and video editors to ensure high-quality visual content
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights
